• On Pegasus flights, each person has 1 baggage and a 20 kg allowance. Price difference must be paid for baggage exceeding 20 kg. Even with a spouse or child, the 20 kg limit cannot be exceeded and a difference must be paid. Therefore, 1 baggage is recommended per person. Hand luggage must be a maximum of 7 kg.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants are informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are reached.
• Depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed, our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours. This situation is also valid against changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts are valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as potentially not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights can drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or rejection of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with multiple alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
