Prague Tour 3 Nights with Turkish Airlines

(The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 15%. Coverage details are included in the insurance specification.) In addition, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss, damage, to personal accident coverage.)
• Travel assurance package fee varies proportionally with your tour price.
• On Pegasus flights, each person has 1 baggage and 20 kilos allowance. Price difference must be paid for baggage exceeding 20 kilos. The 20-kilo limit cannot be exceeded even if traveling as a couple or with children, and a difference must be paid. Therefore, 1 baggage is recommended for each person. Hand luggage must be a maximum of 7 kilos.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of the museum and archaeological sites. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3-person) are given based on availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and shows changes according to the country.
• Our guests who are included in the tour without a flight, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight of flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of plane ticket cancellations or changes that will occur from incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests having another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end of the travel date. Our guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being accepted into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• It is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with a few alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option can be the same.
• In our tours with the phrase promotion, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Our guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
