Rhine & Moselle from End to End with Deluxe Amadeus Aurea

Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at 04:30. After check-in and passport procedures, flight to Basel at 07:30 with flight number TK 1923. Arrival at 09:45 local time. After passport and customs procedures, we will first perform our Panoramic Basel City Tour with our waiting vehicle. After our tour, transfer to our ship at the Basel port. Dinner after the Captain's welcome cocktail. Our ship will weigh anchor in the late afternoon and start its voyage. 

Our ship will dock this morning in Strasbourg, the most beautiful city of the Alsace region. After breakfast, those who wish can join the extra Strasbourg, Riquewihr & Colmar tour organized by their guide. After an early breakfast on our ship, in the first part of our tour which we will do by bus, we will see the European Court of Human Rights, Republic Square, and Orangerie Park, which is also home to storks, the symbol of the region, from the outside. Strasbourg, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1988, also hosts the Council of Europe and the European Parliament. We continue our tour in Strasbourg, the seventh largest city in France by population, on foot. We will take a walk covering the Gutenberg Monument, Notre Dame Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kammerzehl, Shopping Streets, and Kleber Square. Then, we arrive at Riquewihr, one of the most beautiful settlements on the Alsace Wine Route, with a journey of approximately 1 hour. During our walk here, you can taste the world-famous wines of the region and buy souvenirs. Our last stop will be Colmar, one of the most famous cities of the Alsace region. Upon our arrival, we will carry out our walking tour in the historical center of the city. After seeing the works of Frederic Auguste Bartholdi, the architect of the Statue of Liberty, the Little Venice area, and the Historical Houses of Alsace Architecture, and after the time we will give for photos, coffee, and shopping in the city center, we will return to our ship before dinner. After visiting the world-famous Castle Palace in Heidelberg, one of the most beautiful cities in Germany, you will have free time in this elegant city divided into two by the Neckar river. Our ship will weigh anchor from Mannheim after midnight. (Guests participating in the tour will disembark in Speyer in the morning and re-embark in Mannheim in the evening. Our ship will depart from Speyer at 12:00 and dock in Mannheim at 14:00.)

The lush nature and settlements around the river will fascinate you until we arrive at Cochem, one of the cutest towns on the Moselle. Our ship will dock at the Cologne port early this morning. After breakfast, we carry out our Cologne walking tour accompanied by our guide. After the walk where we will discover the Gothic Cologne Cathedral and the old city area around it, we will also have free time. After the tour, we return to our ship before lunch. Our ship will weigh anchor from Cologne at noon and set off for its final stop, Amsterdam. 

Our ship will dock at the Amsterdam port this morning. After breakfast on the ship this morning, those who wish can join the extra Zaanse Schans & Volendam tour organized by their guide. After an early breakfast on the ship, we head to the north of Amsterdam, known as the real Netherlands, on our tour. First, we visit the Zaanse region, famous for its windmills, which you see on all postcards introducing the Netherlands. The windmills from the 17th and 18th centuries still function today, and during our time here, you can also take very beautiful photos of the windmills amidst the natural scenery. Volendam, where we will arrive after Zaanse, is the town most visited by tourists coming to the Netherlands, and you can observe this rare fishing town of the Netherlands and its local life, as well as buy very cheap souvenirs.
