•      Package prices include round-trip ferry tickets, accommodation in the selected hotel category, and port–hotel–port transfers.
•      Prices are calculated per person in a double room.
•      Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
•      If multiple hotel alternatives are offered in the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the accommodation hotels will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
•      Changes may occur in hotels due to density; however, the hotel category will not change.
•      Twin beds may be provided in some hotels. During hotel accommodation, the room type change request is at the hotel's discretion.
•      There are no extra tours. The program is prepared on a free-time tour basis.
•      Ferry schedules may change due to weather conditions or operational reasons. In such cases, adjustments can be made to the program flow.
•      City/climate taxes, personal expenses, lunches, and dinners, and all expenses outside the scope of the package belong to the guests.
•      We kindly request you to check prices before the purchase transaction.
•      The transportation duration by ferry from Fethiye to Rhodes / from Rhodes to Fethiye is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
•      Gate visa / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package.
•      No visa consultancy, application tracking, or brokerage service is provided by our company regarding Rhodes gate visa / Schengen visa applications.
•      Guests in need of a gate visa can contact Tilos Travel, the ferry company providing transportation between Fethiye–Rhodes.
•      Information regarding required documents, application process, current fees, and other conditions must be obtained directly from the relevant company.

•      Reminder: Guests who do not have a valid Schengen visa and will apply for a gate visa are required to submit the necessary documents to the relevant application unit / authorized institution at least 10 days before the trip. Problems in the process can be experienced in applications made closer to this period. Therefore, we kindly ask for guests to be informed to pay attention to the timeframe.

• IMPORTANT INFORMATION
       The ferry times specified in the program are obtained from the relevant ferry companies and may change depending on weather conditions, port operations, and operational reasons. In such cases, adjustments can be made to the program flow.
       Name, surname, and date of birth information provided during reservation must be complete and accurate as they appear in the passport. Name confirmation will not be made later.
       Hotel voucher and ferry tickets / reservation documents will be forwarded to you shortly before the package departure date.
       All guests are obliged to keep their round-trip ferry reservation documents and hotel accommodation papers with them.
       It is recommended that our guests have their mobile phones enabled for international use.

  ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
       Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. It is usually in the form of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is deemed accepted by the guest.
       Child discounts are only valid for a single child staying in the same room with two adults and matching the age criteria.
       Breakfasts offered in hotels may be in continental style according to the standards of the visited country.
       Although hotel check-in and check-out times may vary depending on facility density, the readiness status of the rooms is at the hotel's discretion.

  OTHER MATTERS
       Cancellation, refund, or modification conditions may differ in promotional and early booking campaign packages.
       Our company acts as an intermediary in ferry, hotel, and transfer services, and in program changes that may arise from time changes, delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions originating from service provider companies, the responsibility belongs to the relevant service provider.
       Delays or cancellations may occur in ferry voyages due to adverse weather conditions, sea conditions, port congestion, and official authorities' decisions.

  VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
       A Gate Visa or valid Schengen visa is required for Turkish citizens.
       Gate visa / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package price.
       For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the necessary documents must be prepared completely.
       It is important for our guests with green passports to check their passport validity periods.
       Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The entry decision is under the authority of border police.
       Our company is not responsible for problems that may occur due to worn, wet, or damaged passports.
       If guests under the age of 18 will travel alone or with only one parent, a notarized consent letter is required.
