Day 1

1. DAY | FETHİYE - RHODES

After check-in and passport procedures at the Fethiye departure port at the designated time, departure to Rhodes by fast ferry (catamaran) at 08:25. After arrival at Rhodes Port at 09:55, transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us. Free time after settling into the hotel. Guests who wish to do so can take a walk in the Rhodes Old Town area, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, see the Street of the Knights, and spend time around Mandraki Port for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at our hotel.

 

2. DAY | RHODES
Free time all day after breakfast. Guests who wish to do so can spend the day in the historical center, see the surroundings of the Palace of the Grand Masters, wander through the narrow streets within the walls, and spend time in local cafes and shops. Guests who want to enjoy the sea can prefer beaches near the city center or go to the Kallithea region to experience both swimming and a pleasant beach day. Overnight stay at our hotel.

 

3. DAY | RHODES
Free time all day after breakfast. Guests who wish to do so can take a walk along the coast, allocate time for shopping in the island center, or spend the day swimming. Guests who want to see a different route can go to the Lindos side and discover one of the most beautiful points of the island with its white houses, narrow streets, and sea view. Overnight stay at our hotel.

 

4. DAY | RHODES
Free time all day after breakfast. Guests who wish to do so can dedicate this day entirely to sea and beach enjoyment, spend time on beaches near the island center, or wander through the pleasant streets of Rhodes and spend time in cafes and restaurants. Guests who wish to do so can spend the day doing their final shopping and spending time around the port. Overnight stay at our hotel.

 

5. DAY | RHODES – FETHİYE
Free time until the ferry time after checking out of the rooms. Guests who wish to do so can spend their final hours taking a short walk in the old town, spending time around the coast, or shopping. Transfer to the port at the designated time. After passport and departure procedures, we depart for Fethiye port by fast ferry (catamaran) at 16:30. Arrival at Fethiye port at 18:00 and the end of our package.

This tour requires a visa. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return. The visa document list is emailed after booking.

  •      Package prices include round-trip ferry ticket, accommodation in the selected hotel category, and port–hotel–port transfers.
  •      Prices are calculated per person in a double room.
  •      Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
  •      If multiple hotel alternatives are offered in the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the hotels to be stayed in will be notified to you 48 hours before the departure date of the trip.
  •      Due to high demand, changes in hotels may occur; however, the hotel category will not change.
  •      In some hotels, twin beds may be provided. During hotel accommodation, the request for a change in room type is at the discretion of the hotel.
  •      There are no extra tours. The program is prepared based on a free-time exploration concept.
  •      Ferry schedules may change due to weather conditions or operational reasons. In such cases, adjustments may be made to the program flow.
  •      City/climate taxes, personal expenses, lunches and dinners, and all expenses outside the package scope belong to the guests.
  •      We kindly request that prices be checked before the purchase process.
  •      The transportation time by ferry from Fethiye to Rhodes / from Rhodes to Fethiye is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
  •      Gate visa / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package.
  •      Our company does not provide visa consultancy, application tracking, or mediation services regarding Rhodes gate visa/Schengen visa applications.
  •      Guests who need a gate visa can contact Tilos Travel, the ferry company providing transportation between Fethiye and Rhodes.
  •      Information about required documents, the application process, current fees, and other conditions must be obtained directly from the relevant company.

  •      Reminder: Guests who do not have a valid Schengen visa and will apply for a gate visa must submit the required documents to the relevant application unit / authorized institution at least 10 days before the travel. Applications made shorter than this period may encounter problems in the process. Therefore, we request that guests be informed to pay attention to the timing.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
     Ferry schedules specified in the program are obtained from the relevant ferry companies and may vary depending on weather conditions, port operations, and operational reasons. In such cases, adjustments may be made to the program flow.
     The name, surname, and date of birth information provided during reservation must be complete and correct as they appear in the passport. No name confirmation will be made later.
     Hotel vouchers and ferry tickets / reservation documents will be sent to you shortly before the package departure date.
     All guests are responsible for carrying their round-trip ferry reservation documents and hotel accommodation documents with them.
     It is recommended that our guests activate their mobile phones for international use.

ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
     Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than the standard bed. It is generally in the form of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is deemed accepted by the guest.
     Child discounts are only valid for a single child staying in the same room with two adults and meeting the age criteria.
     Breakfasts offered in hotels may be continental style according to the standards of the visited country.
     Although hotel check-in and check-out times may vary according to the facility's occupancy, the availability of rooms is at the discretion of the hotel.

OTHER MATTERS
     Cancellation, refund, or change conditions may differ for packages with promotion and early booking campaigns.
     Our company acts as an intermediary in ferry, hotel, and transfer services; responsibility for program changes arising from time changes, delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions caused by service provider companies belongs to the relevant service provider.
     Delays or cancellations in ferry services may occur due to adverse weather, sea conditions, port congestion, and decisions of official authorities.

VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
     A Gate Visa or a valid Schengen visa is required for T.R. citizens.
     Gate visa / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package price.
      For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date and the required documents must be prepared completely.
     It is important for our guests with green passports to check their passport validity periods.
     Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The entry decision is at the authority of the border police.
     Our company is not responsible for problems that may occur due to worn, wet, or damaged passports.
     A notary-approved consent letter is required if guests under 18 travel alone or with only one parent.

The deposit depends on the tour and is shown during booking.

Yes, with a single room supplement.

Payments are converted to TRY at the rate on the payment date. Paid amounts are not affected by later changes.
