GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and ruins, while adhering to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and ruins and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
• Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
• The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Reservations are made according to this information. The penalty fee for changes resulting from incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. It is not Prontotour's responsibility if the consulate does not grant a visa or refuses it.
• Visa statuses in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• The location of our hotels and the content of the service provided in our tours with the promotion label may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• It is mandatory for our participating guests to have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa, Multi-entry Romania visa, or multi-entry Bulgaria visa throughout the tour. (Green Passport holders are exempt from visas.)
