Romantic Road - German Villages Tour (Würzburg-Augsburg-Füssen)

• TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Ensures payment up to the tour amount for guests facing visa rejection or unable to join the tour due to health issues. (An 18% exemption is applied by the insurance company over the total amount. Additionally, it includes many extra coverages from baggage loss, damage, and theft to personal accident coverage.) Cancellation coverage is limited to 3000 euros per person for the tour cost.
• The travel assurance package fee varies proportionally with your tour cost.
• On Turkish Airlines flights, each person has a baggage allowance of 1 piece and 20 kg. A fee difference must be paid for baggage exceeding 20 kg. Even with a companion or child, the 20 kg limit cannot be exceeded and the difference must be paid. Therefore, 1 piece of baggage is recommended per person. Hand luggage must be a maximum of 7 kg.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may arise will be informed by our guide before the tour once numbers are finalized.
• Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This condition also applies to potential changes in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts apply if accommodation is shared with 2 adults in the same room.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfast provided at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. A continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and a croissant, varying according to the country.
• Guests who join the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to join the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the visited country, the baggage allowance for these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or rejection of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the possibility of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your phone is open for international use.
• During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform the upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantees are not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by the airlines. Flight times for tours organized with special flights may vary up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
