MOUNTAIN VILLAGES TOUR & ANCIENT ROME & VATICAN AND OUTLET 120 EURO (07-12 YEARS OLD 60 EURO) : After morning breakfast, our first stop is the town of Castel Gandolfo, established on the Albano crater lake. After taking a photo of this charming town, which has been home to the official summer palace of the Papacy for 400 years, across the Albano crater lake it is established on, we arrive at the village of Nemi, which we will not get enough of photographing and breathing its air, following a short journey accompanied by different beauties offered by nature. In our visit to the beautiful village established on the hill overlooking another crater lake, Lake Nemi, known for its tarts and jams made from wild strawberries and many other beauties, the freshest wild strawberry tarts will be the treat of Prontotour. After our Nemi tour, we set off towards the Vatican, the country with the smallest surface area and least population in the world. After getting to know this interesting country, all borders of which remain within Rome, the capital of Italy, and taking our photos in San Pietro Square, we set off to visit two of Rome's most enjoyable visiting points. TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Ensures that guests who face visa rejection or are unable to participate in the tour due to health issues are paid up to the tour amount. GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

SUPER PROMOTION, PRONTO ECO tours do not allow any cancellations or changes by the guest.
Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour or optional tours, depending on the number of participants, the closure status of the museum and historical site, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include entrances to museums and historical sites. It is a tour aimed at giving general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms are given upon availability. 3-person room reservations are made according to availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at the hotels in the country visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally given as continental breakfasts in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies by country.
Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flight as the group, will not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on this domestic flight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from erroneous information are charged to the guest.
Pronto Tour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa acquisitions and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or rejection of a visa is not Prontotour's responsibility.
Visa statuses specified in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to international roaming before leaving Turkey.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered for sale based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation or changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade operations after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is from an upgradeable class. Every flight in our programs does not guarantee miles.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Effective from March 1st, in accordance with the rules of the International Civil Aviation Organization and the European Civil Aviation Conference, restrictions have been introduced on liquids that passengers traveling by airline can carry in their hand and cabin bags during their travel. Liquid products purchased from duty-free shops or during the flight will be placed in a special bag together with their invoice by the official and the mouth of the bag will be sealed. After this bag and the invoice belonging to the product are checked at the security checkpoint, they will be allowed to be taken onto the plane. Each passenger can carry 1 plastic bag and each product inside the bag can be a maximum of 100 ml. If traveling by transferring to a final destination at another airport, the special duty-free shopping bag given in the store or on the plane must not be opened until the final airport of landing. Otherwise, the contents of the bag may be confiscated at the transfer area. Some liquid substances included in the restriction: *Water, syrup, any kind of liquid including alcohol, creams, lotions, oils, perfumes, mascara and similar makeup materials, shaving foams, deodorants, any kind of paste-like substances, non-fully solid foods such as jam or honey, contact lens liquids, shampoos, and other substances similar to these. Since no liquid restriction is applied in the checked baggage given to check-in, it is recommended that you put liquid products in your checked baggage by considering the restrictions that have come into application while preparing your bags. An exception may be applied for passengers traveling with a baby to have baby food/milk or for individuals who are obliged to use medication to keep them in their original packaging in an amount sufficient during the travel, but they may be asked to taste the baby food or medication or document the illness/medication at the checkpoint.
