We meet with you, our valued guests, 3 hours before the flight time in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After baggage and ticket procedures, flight to Colombo on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Overnight on the plane.
Arrival at Colombo Airport. After arrival, we start our Colombo city tour. During our tour, the Lotus Tower, City Hall, Consulates Street, Independence Memorial, and Gangaramaya Temple are among the places to be seen panoramically. Afterwards, free time for breakfast. As we explore the ruins of the royal palace and admire the intricate water gardens below, we will travel back in time to an era of wealth and splendor. Then, departure for our Dambulla Temple tour. As we step into the mystical surroundings of Dambulla, we will be greeted by the serene atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site. Together, we will embark on a pilgrimage to five extraordinary cave temples, each a sanctuary of ancient art and spirituality. Dambulla is not just about temples; it is a place of immense historical significance. Together, we will explore the rich history and cultural importance of these caves, where ancient kings took refuge and left behind magnificent cave frescoes and sculptures that continue to inspire us today. Our journey in Dambulla takes us to the heart of Buddhism. Together, we will witness the intricate cave paintings depicting the life and teachings of Lord Buddha, providing us with insights into the profound philosophy that has shaped the lives of millions of people. After breakfast in the morning, we leave the hotel and set off for Kandy. Our passengers who wish can participate in the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage & Spice Garden Tour (65€ per person) which our guide will organize as an extra along the route. Founded in 1975, the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage started with seven orphans. Today, some of these orphans have had the chance to see their grandchildren born in the same place. The initial purpose of the orphanage was more tourism-oriented, but it soon became a conservation and education center. During our visit to the orphanage, we will be able to walk next to the elephants and watch them wash themselves with their trunks. Afterwards, we set off for the Spice Garden tour. As we step into this lush paradise, a symphony of scents will greet us. Together, we will walk among the vibrant greenery where cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and other exotic spices grow in abundance. Our journey will be a sensory delight as we learn about the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of these precious ingredients. We will explore the ancient trade routes that brought these spices to the island and their role in shaping the country's culinary traditions. But the Spice Garden is not just about spices; it is also a treasure trove of herbal medicines. We will discover the medicinal plants and herbs used in traditional Ayurveda medicine and gain insights into their healing properties. Together, we will learn how these centuries-old remedies are still widely practiced in Sri Lanka today. Then, we continue our Kandy city tour from where we left off. As we step into Kandy, we will be transported to a world where tradition and history blend seamlessly with modern life. During our tour, the Temple of the Tooth Relic and the Peradeniya Botanical Garden are among the places to be seen. Kandy Lake is an oasis in the heart of the city. Together, we will enjoy a slow walk around the lake, watching its serene beauty and city views. After our tour, arrival at the hotel and free time. In the evening, our guests who wish can participate in the Sri Lanka Traditional Show Tour (40€ per person) which our guide will organize as an extra. We step into the rich and vibrant culture of the Asian Wonder Sri Lanka, with traditional music and drum rhythms enhanced by visual shows. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Kandy and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Nuwara Eliya by our private bus. Our passengers who wish can participate in the Tea Factory Tour (25€ per person) which our guide will organize as an extra along the route. When it comes to Ceylon Tea, this region is always a well-known name. We visit the tea factory for an authentic experience wrapped around a cup of tea. We watch how tea is processed before being classified and taste a fresh cup of Ceylon Tea straight from the land. After the tour, we depart for Nuwara Eliya. Nuwara Eliya is known for its mountain climate and scenery. We will visit Gregory Lake, a reservoir in the heart of the city. We will watch the lake and its surroundings. We move to our hotel and accommodation will be at our hotel.
After breakfast in the morning, we leave the hotel and set off for Galle. The best way to travel is by train. The journey will start from Ambewela train station and end in Ella. After leaving the train station, we continue our journey with our vehicle waiting for us. After our arrival, we carry out our Galle tour. As we step onto the ancient walls of Galle Fort, we will embark on a journey through time. Together, we will wander through the cobblestone streets lined with colonial-era architecture that reflects the city's Dutch and Portuguese heritage. We will explore the quaint boutiques, art galleries, and charming cafes that add a modern touch to this historic settlement area. Together, we will enjoy a slow walk along the iconic Galle Ramparts, where we will see panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. After breakfast in the morning, we depart for Colombo. Our guests who wish can participate in the Sea Turtles and Madu River Safari Tour (60€ per person) which our guide will organize as an extra along the route. As we step onto the sun-drenched shores of the Sri Lankan coastline, we will learn about the critical work being done to protect endangered sea turtles and their precious nests. You will see sea turtles of all sizes, and you will be able to hold the small ones in the palm of your hand. We will visit the nesting areas and have the privilege of witnessing the nesting turtles up close. Then, we will depart for the Madu River. In this tour we will carry out by boat, we will have the opportunity to see the magnificent natural beauties of Sri Lanka up close. Afterwards, we continue to Colombo. Accommodation at our hotel.
In the early hours of the morning, we take our breakfast boxes from the hotel and depart for Colombo Airport. (Check-out procedures from the hotel will be done at 03:00). After our arrival at the airport, free time for baggage and check-in procedures. Departure to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed, while adhering to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests who have another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade transactions after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**The flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
**The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
