MOUNTAIN VILLAGES TOUR & ANCIENT ROME & VATICAN AND OUTLET 120 EURO (07-12 YEARS 60 EURO): After breakfast in the morning, our first stop is the town of Castel Gandolfo, built on the Albano crater lake. After the time we will spend in this cute town, which has been home to the official summer palace of the Papacy for 400 years, we arrive at the village of Nemi, which we will not get enough of photographing and breathing its air, after a short journey accompanied by the different beauties offered by nature. In our trip to the beautiful village, which is known for its tarts made from wild strawberries, jams, and many beauties, established on the hill overlooking Nemi lake, which is another crater lake, the freshest wild strawberry tarts will be the treat of Prontotour. After our Nemi trip, we set off towards the Vatican, the country with the smallest surface area and the least population in the world. GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Cancellations and changes cannot be made by our guests for our SUPER PROMOTION tours.
Optional tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may change the days of the city tour or optional tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed, provided that they remain loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites. It is a tour intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out times are 10:00.
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited country is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flight as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on this domestic flight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information are charged to the guest.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa applications and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
The visa statuses specified in our programs are stated based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with a passport with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered for sale based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location and content of our hotels may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations or changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade transactions depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is in an upgradeable class. Not every flight in our programs guarantees miles.
The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and our passengers. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee on some airlines.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Effective from March 1st, in accordance with the rules of the International Civil Aviation Organization and the European Civil Aviation Conference, restrictions have been imposed on liquids that passengers traveling by air can carry in their hand and cabin bags during their travels. Liquid products purchased from the duty-free shop or during the flight will be placed in a special bag by the attendant along with the invoice, and the mouth of the bag will be sealed. After this bag and the invoice belonging to the product are checked at the security checkpoint, it will be allowed to be taken onto the plane. Each passenger can carry 1 plastic bag, and each product inside the bag can be a maximum of 100 ml. If traveling to the final destination by transferring at another airport, the special duty-free shopping bag given at the store or on the plane should not be opened until the final airport of arrival. Otherwise, the contents of the bag may be confiscated at the transfer airport. Some liquid substances included in the restriction: *All kinds of liquids including water, syrup, alcohol, creams, lotions, oils, perfumes, mascara and similar makeup materials, shaving foams, deodorants, all kinds of paste-like substances, foods that are not completely solid such as jam or honey, contact lens liquids, shampoos, and other substances similar to these. Since there is no liquid restriction applied to checked baggage given to check-in, it is recommended that you put liquid products in your checked baggage, taking into account the restrictions that have come into effect while preparing your bags. Exceptions may be applied for passengers traveling with babies to keep baby food/milk or for people who are required to use medication to keep them in their original packaging in sufficient quantities for the duration of the trip, but they may be asked to taste the baby food or medicine or document the illness/medicine at the checkpoint.
