GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide may change the days of the city tour or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed, provided that they remain loyal to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites. It is a tour intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out times are 10:00.
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the visited country is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Our guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flight as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on this domestic flight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Pronto Tour.
• During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information are collected from the guest.
• Pronto Tour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa applications and does not provide any visa guarantee. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotur.
• The visa situations specified in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with other country passports can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with a passport with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered for sale based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with multiple hotel options may be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or change can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade operations depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is in an upgradeable class. Not every flight in our programs guarantees miles.
• The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour is an intermediary between the airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, sales above capacity, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
• The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee on some airlines.
• The procedures of our guests requesting visa services will be carried out by our partner company specified below.
