- TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Ensures payment of the tour price to guests who encounter visa rejection or are unable to participate in the tour due to health problems. (The insured deductible for compensation claims due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa-related cancellations and 20% in other cases. Guarantee details are in the insurance policy. In addition, it includes many additional guarantees from baggage loss, damage, theft to personal accident coverage.) In the cancellation guarantee, the tour price is limited to 3000 euros per person.

For Thailand local service fees (Local Guides, Bus Drivers, Waiters, Commis and Bellboys), 25 EUR per person will be paid to your local guide during the tour.
GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
** Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; if not confirmed by hotels, the room type must be changed. In this case, the resulting Sgl difference will be requested from our guests. The 3rd beds in triple rooms are extra beds or sofa beds and are smaller than standard beds. In hotels, triple rooms are generally 1 DBL + 1 SGL. 3 separate beds are only subject to hotel availability. 3-bed guarantee is not given.
** Our program is a group program, and group reservations are made at hotels. The content of group continental breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts taken in hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are served in a separate hall in hotels of some countries.
** Child discounts are valid if they stay in the same room with 2 adults.
** Generally, the baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
** Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate, and does not provide any guarantee of visa issuance. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or its rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour. Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with passports from other countries should check their visa statuses from the consulates and/or our Prontotour visa department.
** Extra tours are valid with a minimum participation of 20 people. In participations below 20 people, differences resulting from costs will be reflected in the sales price. The price difference will be informed by our guide before the tour. The days of extra tours may be changed due to museums and archaeological sites being closed, extraordinary situations or weather conditions in the visited region.
** Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
** The times of domestic flights included in our tours may change. Final times and airline information should be confirmed 48 hours before the tour. The content of the program may be changed according to the intermediate flight times.
** Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours, staying within the content of our tours.
** Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the travel date. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may encounter situations where they are not admitted to the country by the country's passport police.
** Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
** To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey whether your phone is open for international use.
** Guests joining the group without flights, in case they join the group with another flight, are responsible for their own transportation to the group's hotel.
** During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
** Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets are issued, provided there is availability on Turkish Airlines flights. However, the flight seats in our programs are group seats and individual tickets cannot be issued. Group tickets are issued a few days before the tour departure.
** The flight times mentioned above are taken from THY and other local carriers. Our agency cannot be held absolutely responsible for any changes in flight times, flight cancellations, delays resulting from technical malfunctions of the aircraft, or disruptions or problems arising from the passenger missing their domestic or international connecting flights.
** Instead of the airlines to be flown on international and domestic lines specified in the program, another local carrier/carriers may be flown. Consequently, transfer points may increase and times may vary. In this case, Prontotour cannot be held responsible.
** Prontotour may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or where it deems necessary, without disrupting the content of the program.
