Day 1

DAY 1 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – BOLOGNA – FLORENCE

Meeting with you, our esteemed guests, at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 04:00. After baggage drop, passport and check-in procedures, departure for Bologna at 07:50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1321. Arrival in Bologna at 09:30 local time. We depart for Florence with our vehicle waiting for us. During our city tour in Florence, smelling of history with its historical buildings, works of art and cultural atmosphere, we see: the Arno River dividing the city in two, Ponte Vecchio with 14th-century jewelry shops on the river, Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral in Duomo Square, the Gothic Bell Tower, the Baptistery with the East Door called the Gate of Paradise, the Santa Croce Church containing the tombs of important figures such as Michelangelo, Machiavelli and Galileo, the Uffizi Art Gallery, Signoria Square, the Neptune Fountain in the square, the David statue, and the historical courtyard resembling an open-air museum. At the end of the tour, departure to our Tuscany hotel.

DAY 2 PISA – SAN GIMIGNANO – SIENA

After morning breakfast, we start our full-day tour at the time specified by our guide. Our first stop is Pisa. Upon arrival in the city, we see the Baptistery, Cathedral and the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa located on the lush green lawns in Piazza dei Miracoli. Guests who wish can climb the 56-meter-high tower and enjoy the view. Then we depart for San Gimignano. We perform a walking tour in this medieval town, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list and referred to as the "City of Beautiful Towers", seeing important structures such as Porta San Giovanni, Piazza della Cisterna, Cathedral Square (Piazza del Duomo), Palazzo del Popolo and Podesta Palace. After San Gimignano, we move on to Siena. Known for its earth-colored labyrinth streets and fascinating atmosphere, this city's sights include Piazza del Campo where Palio races are held, Gaia Fountain, Torre del Mangia, and Duomo Cathedral famous for its black and white marbles. Return to our hotel at the end of the tour.

DAY 3 MONTEPULCIANO – MONTALCINO

After morning breakfast, we start our full-day tour. Our first stop is Montepulciano. Founded by the Etruscans in 308 BC, this city is famous for its wines. Its main street is 1.5 km long and extends from Porta al Prato to Piazza Grande. We see Palazzo Comunale, Santa Maria Cathedral and the historical city walls in the city. Then we move to a historical wine cellar where we will closely get to know Montepulciano's deep-rooted wine culture and experience a special tasting session where the region's select wines will be presented. After the tour, we move to the town of Montalcino, famous for its Brunello wines. Following the tour of the historical castle and city center, return to our hotel.

DAY 4 BOLOGNA – ISTANBUL

After morning breakfast, we complete our hotel checkout procedures and depart for Bologna at the time specified by our guide. Upon arrival after a journey of approximately 2 hours, we start our city tour. In Bologna, whose history dates back to the 6th century BC, sights to see include Maggiore Square, Palazzo di Accursio, Palazzo Podestà, Basilica di San Petronio, Garisenda and Asinelli Towers. Transfer to the airport after the tour. After ticket and baggage procedures, departure for Istanbul at 19:20 with Turkish Airlines flight TK1326. Arrival in Istanbul at 23:00 and end of our tour. The flight times specified in the program are obtained from the relevant airline company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in flight times. Therefore, in case of any time change, revisions may be made to the program.
First name, last name, and date of birth information provided during reservation must be complete and accurate as they appear on the passport. Name confirmation will not be made later.
Hotel vouchers and air tickets will be forwarded to you three days prior to the tour departure date.
Extra tours may be subject to changes due to weather conditions. In this case, our company reserves the right to make necessary arrangements.
All guests are obliged to keep their round-trip flight tickets and hotel accommodation documents with them. Guests without printed tickets are solely responsible for entry into the country.
It is recommended that our guests have their mobile phones activated for international use.
ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. It generally consists of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is deemed to be accepted by the guest.
Child discounts are valid for only one child meeting the age criteria and staying in the same room with two adults.
Breakfasts at hotels are served in a continental style in accordance with the culture of the visited country and in some cases may be served in a separate hall for groups.
VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
A Schengen visa is required for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, applications must be made through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and the required documents.
Guests with green passports must renew their passports if their passport issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country or may not be boarded on the flight.
Green passport holders are exempt from visas, but passports must have a validity of at least 6 months.
Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The entry decision rests with the border police authority. Our company is not responsible for this situation.
Our company is not responsible for any problems that may arise due to worn, wet, or damaged passports. Therefore, passports must be in appropriate condition.
If guests under the age of 18 will travel alone or with only one parent, a notarized consent letter is required. Problems may occur at country entry and exit without this document.    
Tours & Excursions
Panoramic city tours specified in the program are introductory tours lasting approximately 2–3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with guide narration. They do not cover museum and archaeological site admissions.
Tours may be canceled or their contents changed due to reasons such as restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. Our company is not responsible in such cases. When necessary, tours may be carried out using public transportation or on foot.
TOUR PARTICIPATION CONDITION
The tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 40 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, cancellation information will be communicated to you through your agency at least 20 days before the tour departure.
OTHER MATTERS
Cancellations or changes cannot be made on promotional and early booking campaign tours.
Our company is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be delays and time changes in scheduled or private flights. These situations are deemed to be accepted by the guests in advance. Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport tax and service fee.
