Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. Additionally, it includes many extra coverages from baggage loss and damage to personal accident coverage.) The cancellation coverage is limited to 3000 Euro per person for the tour price.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour once numbers are finalized.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, remaining loyal to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (triple) are given subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts.  The content of breakfasts to be received at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall.  Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who join the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight for these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under Prontotour's responsibility.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa guarantee. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility.
**Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with multiple hotel options may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade operations after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times on tours organized with special flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
