         GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• For our tours with special flights (charter), regardless of the cancellation date, cancellation and refund requests cannot be accepted due to the nature of the flight ticket, and no fee refund will be made. Flight times will be announced before the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, the price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour or optional tours depending on the number of participants, the closure status of the museum and archaeological sites, provided that they remain loyal to the content of our tours. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances. It is a tour aimed at giving general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts are valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the visited country is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flight as the group. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on this domestic flight can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under Pronto Tour's responsibility.
• During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees of tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest.
• Pronto Tour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa acquisitions and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not under Prontotour's responsibility.
• Visa conditions specified in our programs are stated based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests having another country's passport can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they travel to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered for sale based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content provided may differ according to our standard packages. No cancellation or modification can be made by the guest on our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is from an upgradeable class. Every flight in our programs does not guarantee miles.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour is in an intermediary position between the airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, etc.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to a fee.
