ISTANBUL - BARCELONA

It is recommended to be present at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, flight to Barcelona with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. After our arrival in Barcelona, departure for a panoramic city tour with our private bus waiting at the airport. During our tour; Marina, Columbus Street, the famous Batllo House and Mila house structures, La Sagrada Familia, Olympic Stadium, Old Bullring, Sant Jordi Sports Hall, Spain and Catalunya Square, La Ramblas Street, and Calatrava Tower are among the places to be seen. Then transfer to the hotel and check-in.

BARCELONA (FIGUERES - DALI MUSEUM & GIRONA)

After breakfast in the morning, free time. Our guests who wish can participate in the extra Figueres (Dali Museum) & Girona tour. After visiting the Dali Museum, where the works of the surrealist painter Dali are exhibited in the city of Figueres, return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. Our guests who wish can participate in our Flamenco Show tour, which will be organized as an extra in the evening. After our tour, return to our hotel, overnight at our hotel.

GIRONA & FIGUERAS (DALI MUSEUM) TOUR 80 EURO (02-12 YEARS 45 EURO): The famous city of Girona, where the Catalan Jewish community lived for more than 600 years, will take us to the past by giving sections from the life of the Jewish community with its narrow streets. After seeing the famous Jewish Square, El Call, we visit the Dali Museum in the city of Figueras, where the works of the surrealist painter Dali are exhibited. These two most beautiful cities of the north will take you to the privileges of the Catalan world.

FLAMENCO SHOW 60 EURO (07-12 YEARS 35 EURO): One of the two traditions that introduced Spanish culture to the world is Bullfighting and the other is Flamenco Folk dances. The most primary basic element of Flamenco art is Cante (Song). It is quite easy to find many emotions and different poetic themes that exist in Flamenco in Cantes. Cantes carry deep traces of many societies that have lived in Spain, especially the Gypsies. The essence of Flamenco is song (Cante), usually guitar and improvised dance accompany the song. While watching the dances where the riot of colors turns into rhythmic movements, you will enjoy sipping Sangria wine, the traditional Spanish drink.

BARCELONA (PARK GUEL & GOTHIC QUARTER)

After breakfast in the morning, full day free time. For our guests who wish, a Park Guel & Gothic Quarter Tour will be organized as an extra. Return to our hotel at the end of the tour and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

PARK GUEL & STEP BY STEP GOTHIC QUARTER 70 EURO (02-12 YEARS 40 EURO): You will have the opportunity to see Guell Park, which is under the protection of UNESCO and created by Barcelona's famous architect-designer Antonio Gaudi, and then you will have the chance to breathe the historical atmosphere by visiting the Gothic quarter, one of the most authentic regions of Barcelona, step by step.

BARCELONA - ISTANBUL

After breakfast in the morning, check-out from rooms and free time. Meeting at the time to be specified by our guide and departure to Barcelona Airport. TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides payment up to the tour price to guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 20%. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. It also includes many additional coverages from baggage loss and damage to theft and personal accident coverage.) In the cancellation coverage, the tour price is limited to 3000 euros per person.
The travel assurance package fee varies in proportion to your tour price.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed, provided that they remain loyal to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites. It is a tour intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made according to availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out times are 10:00.
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the country visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flight as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
The baggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is generally 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the baggage weight on this domestic flight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Pronto Tour.
During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guest.
Pronto Tour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa applications and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. It is not Prontotour's responsibility if the consulate does not grant a visa or gives a rejection.
The visa situations specified in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa situations with the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered for sale based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location and content provided by our hotels may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or change can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade operations depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group ticket of the program you purchased is in an upgradeable class. Not every flight in our programs guarantees miles.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour is in an intermediary position between the airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee on some airlines.
