ISTANBUL - LONDON (COVENT GARDEN)

It is recommended to be at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, departure to London with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Following our arrival at local time, in our panoramic city tour to be held with our private vehicle waiting at the airport; Knights Bridge, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, River Thames, Buckingham Palace, Palace of Westminster, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Admiral Nelson Monument, National Gallery, and Piccadilly Circus are among the places to be seen.
After our panoramic city tour, we visit Covent Garden, one of London's historical and tourist areas. LONDON (OXFORD & WINDSOR & BICESTER OUTLET TOUR)

After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish can participate in the extra Oxford & Windsor & Bicester Outlet Tour or the half-day Oxford Tour (it will be notified by our guide whether a full-day or half-day tour can be held depending on the number of participants). Return to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
 
OXFORD & WINDSOR & BICESTER OUTLET TOUR 100 POUND (02-12 AGE 75 POUND): We go to the city of Oxford, which houses the world's most prestigious universities and where you will feel like you are on the Harry Potter film set, and find the opportunity to see Trinity College Building, Sheldonian Theater, Bodleian Library, Radcliffe Camera, and The Bear, Oxford's oldest pub, by walking among the medieval buildings. Then, we move to Bicester, where you can find outlet products of famous brands. Finally, we complete our tour by visiting Windsor. Important Note: Castle entrance and tour are not included in the tour.
 
OXFORD TOUR 60 POUND (02-12 AGE 50 POUND): We go to the city of Oxford, which houses the world's most prestigious universities and where you will feel like you are on the Harry Potter film set, and find the opportunity to see Trinity College Building, Sheldonian Theater, Bodleian Library, Radcliffe Camera, and The Bear, Oxford's oldest pub, by walking among the medieval buildings. Important Note: Since transportation will be by train, there will be a walking track within the tour. It can also be held with a minimum participation of 10 people.
 
 

LONDON (LONDON EYE & MADAME TUSSAUD & THAMES CRUISE TOUR)

After breakfast at the hotel, free time for shopping and personal activities. Our guests who wish can participate in the extra London Eye & Madame Tussauds & Thames Cruise Tour. Return to the hotel at the end of the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
 
LONDON EYE & MADAME TUSSAUDS & THAMES RIVER TOUR 130 POUND (02-12 AGE 100 POUND): We find the opportunity to watch the unique London view by riding the Ferris wheel, which is a giant observation wheel on the banks of the River Thames, and to visit the Madame Tussauds Museum, where the wax statues of many celebrities are located. Afterwards, we get the chance to see historical London with a boat tour on the River Thames.

LONDON – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, check-out from the rooms by 10:00 at the latest and free time. Departure to the airport at the time to be specified by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures at the airport, departure to Istanbul with the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at local time and end of our trip.

  • UK visa fee service charge is 300 EURO for Istanbul, 485 EURO for Bursa, and 330 EURO for Ankara. The total service charge for Izmir, Antalya, Gaziantep, and Adana is 465 EURO. (Please request the documents required for the visa.) The UK consulate has started the process of scanning visa documents. Scanning will be performed at the application centers. A (50 EURO) payment will be made at the application center. Guests coming for the application must bring cash.
  • For guests who request that we manage the e-visa application process, a 40 Euro APP service fee will be paid in cash at the application center for the installation and activation service of the e-visa application on the phone.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
  • Hotel rooms in the UK are smaller than the standards of hotel rooms in Turkey.
  • Electrical outlets in the UK are different.
  • Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
  • Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum or archaeological site is closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
  • Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
  • In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
  • Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
  • Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
  • Check-in time at hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
  • Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and a croissant, and varies according to the country.
  • Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
  • In most flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
  • During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
  • Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or rejection of a visa is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
  • Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
  • Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
  • To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
  • Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
  • Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
  • In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
  • Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade transactions depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
  • Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
  • Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
  • In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
