After baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Zurich at 08:55 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1907. After our arrival, we move to Basel, which is accepted as the culture and art center of Switzerland, with our private bus. This impressive city, established on the banks of the Rhine River, fascinates its visitors with its historical texture, architectural richness, and one of the most famous Christmas markets in Europe. During our panoramic city tour, Basel Cathedral, the historical City Hall, Marktplatz Square, Tinguely Fountain, and the Old Town District, which carries the atmosphere of the Middle Ages to the present day, will be seen. After the trip we will make in the city center, we move to Strasbourg, known as the Christmas Capital of France. The historical city center, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, offers a unique atmosphere to its visitors with its half-timbered houses, narrow streets, and canals. During our city tour, the Petite France District, Notre Dame Cathedral, Gutenberg Square, and the historical city center will be seen. Freiburg, shown as one of the most livable cities in Germany, attracts attention with its historical buildings, lively squares, and traditional water channels passing through the city. During our city tour, Münster Square, Freiburg Cathedral, Rathausplatz, and the historical city center will be seen. Then we move to Colmar, the apple of the eye of the Alsace region. Colmar, called "Little Venice" because of its canals, turns into one of the most impressive cities in Europe during the Christmas period. Colmar offers unforgettable moments to its visitors with its Christmas markets established among historical houses, light shows, and fairy-tale atmosphere. After the free time we will give in the city center, we move to Eguisheim, hidden among the Alsace vineyards. Eguisheim, which is among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and was chosen as "France's Favorite Village" in 2013, is one of the most impressive settlements in the Alsace region with its colorful half-timbered houses, narrow streets decorated with flowers, and unique circular city plan. After our breakfast and checking out of the rooms, we move to Zurich. During the city tour we will perform in Zurich, the finance and life center of Switzerland, Bahnhofstrasse, Fraumünster Church, St. Peter Church, Grossmünster Cathedral, and the historical regions around the Limmat River will be seen. After our city tour, we participate in the Lucerne Tour (50 Euro), which will be organized as an extra. Lucerne, accepted as one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland, fascinates its visitors with its location on the lakeside, Alpine views, and historical buildings. During our trip, the city's symbol Chapel Bridge, Lion Monument, Octagonal Water Tower, and the historical city center will be seen. After the pleasant time we will spend accompanied by the magnificent views of the Alps, we move to Zurich Airport. After completing our baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 18:50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1910. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Optional tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and archaeological sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3 people) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests who have passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**The location of our hotels and the content of the service provided in our tours with the promotion label may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. Flight times for our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, sales above capacity, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee on some airlines.
