GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

• Cancellations and changes cannot be made by our guests for our SUPER PROMOTION tours.
• Optional tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be a change in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour or optional tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed, provided that they remain loyal to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include entrance to museums and historical sites. It is a tour intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. 3-person room reservations are made based on availability. Triple rooms may appear smaller than other rooms due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in times to hotels are determined by international rules and are between 14:00 – 15:00. Check-out times are 10:00.
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the country visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flight as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there is a domestic flight in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on this domestic flight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees for tickets resulting from incorrect information are collected from the guest.
• Pronto Tour is an intermediary institution between the consulate and our guests in visa applications and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or rejection of a visa is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
• The visa situations specified in our programs are stated based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity period of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with a passport with a validity period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the passport police of the country they are traveling to. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered for sale based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations or changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group ticket of the program you have purchased is in an upgradeable class. Not every flight in our programs guarantees miles.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Pronto Tour is in an intermediary position between the airline and our passengers. Pronto Tour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, etc.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to a fee on some airlines.
• The procedures of our guests requesting visa services will be carried out by our partner company specified below.
