Comprehensive Vietnam Cambodia Route Tour

Our tour begins with our meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After completing ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart for Hanoi with a Turkish Airlines flight. Following our arrival in Hanoi in the late afternoon local time, we will be transferred to our hotel to rest with our private vehicle waiting for us. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will start the Hanoi Panoramic City Tour. Our first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, which is the symbol of the country's independence struggle and was built for the legendary leader of Vietnam who passed away in 1969. Then, we take a photo break by seeing the Presidential Palace, which draws attention with its architecture from the French colonial period, from the outside. Our next stop is the Temple of Literature, which was founded in 1070 and holds the title of Vietnam's first university, and is also a symbol of wisdom and Confucian culture. Here, we will have the opportunity to examine the exam stones rising on stone turtles and traditional architecture closely. Then, we see the Single Pillar Pagoda, one of the most unique temples of Hanoi with its structure resembling a lotus flower, built by Emperor Ly Thai Tong in the 11th century. After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will depart for the Lunch-inclusive Halong Bay Tour. Halong Bay, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is considered one of the most fascinating natural wonders of the world, is this unique bay spread over an area of approximately 1,500km² and consisting of 1,969 limestone islets, invites its guests to a nature miracle with its fascinating views. During our daily boat tour, while moving among the limestone cliffs famous for their fairy-tale appearances, we will have the chance to see natural beauties such as Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi (Kissing Cocks) Island, and the impressive Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace) Cave, which are the most well-known points of Halong Bay. At the lunch that will be specially offered to us on the boat, we taste the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, especially fresh seafood. At the end of our tour, we return to our hotel and have free time. After breakfast, free time for our guests to evaluate their last hours in Hanoi. Then, at the time determined by our guide, we transfer to Hanoi International Airport with our private vehicle and carry out our Siem Reap flight with a local airline. After a flight of approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, we arrive in Siem Reap, the city of Cambodia famous for its Angkor temples. After our arrival, we transfer to our hotel, settle into our rooms, and find the opportunity to rest to relieve the tiredness of the day. Overnight at our hotel in Siem Reap.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will depart for the Lunch-inclusive Grand Angkor Thom Tour. We start our Angkor Thom Tour, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and was the capital of the Khmer Empire in the 12th century. Our first stop is the South Gate, one of the most magnificent entrances to the city surrounded by 3.5-kilometer walls. Here, stone statues depicting the mythological scene of the Churning of the Ocean of Milk are lined up. Then, we visit the Baphuon Temple, which was built in the 11th century and is one of the important examples of temple-mountain architecture. Later, we visit the Bayon Temple, located in the heart of Angkor Thom and famous for its more than 200 facial expressions carved on 54 towers. Our program continues with the Ta Prohm Temple. Built in the 12th century, this temple stands out with its image where giant tropical tree roots merge into stone walls and has been preserved in its unrestored state. During our visit, we also see the Terrace of the Leper King, where royal ceremonies were held, and the Terrace of the Elephants, which hosted official processions carried out with elephants. We have our lunch at a local restaurant where local flavors are served. In the afternoon, we carry out our Angkor Wat visit, which is accepted as the largest religious structure in human history. Built by King Suryavarman II in the 12th century, this giant complex covers an area of 162 hectares and is considered the peak point of Khmer architecture. The reliefs here and the detailed carvings in the galleries tell scenes from Hindu mythology. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will depart for the Tonle Sap Lake Boat Tour. This lake, whose surface area can vary from 2,500 km² to 16,000 km² with monsoon rains, is one of the most important ecosystems not only of Cambodia but of the entire region. Tonle Sap has one of the rare rivers in the world whose direction changes thanks to its connection with the Mekong River. During our boat tour, we see the living spaces established on the lake closely. Tens of thousands of families living around the lake have been making their living from fishing and seafood trade for centuries. Traditional houses built on stilts in the region have been placed on high legs to adapt to the seasonal water level. There are also floating houses, primary schools, small shops, and even floating clinics on the lake. Tonle Sap alone meets approximately 75% of Cambodia's freshwater fishing and has the feature of being the country's largest food source. Throughout our boat tour, we find the opportunity to observe this unique living culture in an orderly manner. After our tour, we transfer to Siem Reap airport and carry out our flight to Saigon with a local airline's scheduled flight. After our arrival in Saigon, transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we start our panoramic city tour in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon), the largest city in Vietnam. Our first stop is the War Remnants Museum, which reflects the traces of the Vietnam War and conveys the events experienced during the war with photographs, documents, and objects. Then, we see the Opera House and the Historical Post Office, which draw attention with their architecture from the French colonial period. During our city tour, we also see the Notre-Dame Cathedral, which was built between 1877–1880 and stands out with its red bricks. The last stop of our program will be Ben Thanh Market, one of the busiest shopping points of the city. After our tour, we return to our hotel and have free time. Guests who wish can participate in the Cu Chi Tunnels Tour (50 USD), which will be organized optionally by our guide. Located approximately 70 kilometers outside the city, the Cu Chi Tunnels, the tunnel system built by the North Vietnamese during the Vietnam – U.S. War, one of the most dramatic events of recent history, and exceeding 250 kilometers in length, became an underground city throughout the war. Here, we see trenches, camps, traps, living spaces, and underground passages from that period closely. After our tour, we will return to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will depart for the Mekong Delta Tour with lunch. Our first stop is the town of My Tho, a world living in harmony with water. Upon our arrival, we will start a boat trip on a local boat through the intersecting canal streets. Our first stop is Thoi Son Island, where we will see the production of local handmade goods, coconut candy workshops, and colorful fruit orchards. Here, you will enjoy the music of local artists while tasting fresh fruits in the shade of beautiful gardens. Later, we will stop by a farm to taste homemade honey tea, and during our tour continuing through the canals, we will learn everything about the local lifestyle and visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda. We will have our lunch at a local restaurant. After our tour, we will transfer to the airport in the evening and complete our ticket and baggage procedures for our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. We will spend the night on the plane.
