After breakfast at the hotel, our transfer to Phuket airport takes place. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
** Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and if not confirmed by the hotels, the room type must be changed. In this case, the resulting Sgl difference will be requested from our guests. In triple rooms, the 3rd beds are extra beds or sofa beds and are smaller than standard beds. In hotels, triple rooms are generally 1 DBL + 1 SGL. 3 separate beds depend entirely on hotel availability. 3 bed guarantee is not provided.
** Our program is a group program and group reservations are made from hotels. The content of group continental breakfasts may differ from individual breakfast contents. The contents of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are served in a separate lounge in hotels of some countries.
** Child discounts are valid if they stay in the same room with 2 adults.
** Generally, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. On domestic flights in the countries visited, this weight can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
** Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate, and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour. Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. The visa status of our guests holding another country's passport must be checked from the consulates and/or our Prontotour visa department.
** Optional tours are valid with a minimum participation of 20 people. In participations under 20 people, the differences arising from costs will be reflected in the selling price. The price difference is informed by our guide before the tour. The days of optional tours can be changed in case museums and archaeological sites are closed, or due to state of emergency or weather conditions that may occur in the region visited.
** Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
** The times of domestic flights included in our tours may change. Final time and airline information must be confirmed 48 hours before the tour. Changes can be made in the content of the program according to connecting flight times.
** Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, staying loyal to the content of our tours.
** Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months, based on the end date of travel. Our guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being accepted into the country by the country's passport police.
** Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
** To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, check with your carrier company before leaving Turkey to see if your phone is open to international use.
** The transportation of our guests who join the group without flights to the group's hotel, in case they join the group with another flight, is their own responsibility.
** During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number passing in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
** Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can only perform upgrade transactions if there is availability on the Turkish Airlines flight after their tickets are issued. However, the flight seats in our programs are group seats and individual tickets cannot be issued. Group tickets are issued a few days before the tour departure.
** The flight times specified above are taken from THY and other local carriers. Our agency can never be held responsible for disruptions or problems arising from any changes to flight times, flight cancellations, technical malfunctions of the aircraft, or the passenger missing domestic or international domestic flights/connections.
** Instead of the airlines to be flown on intercountry and domestic flights specified in the program, another local carrier / carriers may be flown. Therefore, transfer points may increase and times may vary. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in this case.
** Prontotour can change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program in force majeure or necessary situations.
