Located in the northeast of Catalonia, about 100 kilometers north of Barcelona, Girona is a historic city famous for its medieval narrow streets, historical buildings, museums, churches, and walls. During our tour here, the Lion statue, Cathedral square, and the famous Jewish Quarter (El Call) are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we set off towards the city of Figueras. Figueres is a city located northeast of Girona and is known as the birthplace of Salvador Dali. The city is closely associated with the life and works of the famous Spanish painter Salvador Dali. The most important tourist attraction in Figueres is the Salvador Dali Museum. Dali established a museum here to leave something behind in his birthplace and to exhibit his works. This museum currently houses the largest Dali collection and is referred to as Dali's greatest work of art, as he designed every part of it himself. There are more than 4000 works in the museum that Dali created using different techniques. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in the extra Gaudi’s Magnificent Work Park Guell & Gothic Quarter tour. (60 Euro) Our first stop on our tour is Park Guell. Park Guell, one of Antoni Gaudi's magnificent works, is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. This park, called a fairy tale park, creates a fairy-tale atmosphere with its colorful stairs and imaginary mansions. After seeing this magnificent work of Gaudi, our second stop is the Gothic Quarter. In the Gothic Quarter, you can feel the fascinating atmosphere of the Middle Ages with its narrow and labyrinthine streets from the Middle Ages, gothic churches, romantic squares, and Roman walls, and look at the historical texture with admiration. Among the most important structures in the neighborhood are Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça Reial (Royal Square), Plaça del Rei (King's Square), and La Rambla. After our tour, our guests who wish can participate in the extra Magnificent Sitges Tour (40 Euro). Sitges is a cute coastal town located on the Mediterranean coast, southwest of Barcelona. It is famous for its turquoise sea, beautiful beaches, and lively atmosphere, and it is also known for its art and culture events and hosts many art galleries, museums, and festivals. We will lose ourselves in its historical streets, starting our trip from the magic stairs of the San Bartolome-Santa Tecla cathedral. This cathedral, dating back to the 17th century, was built on the ruins of old Romanesque and Gothic churches. After admiring this magnificent cathedral, our next journey is the historical streets of Sitges, the Maricel Palace and Museum, which is one of the rare examples of Modernism within the medieval city center, is a paradise for collection lovers. The place we will stop right opposite is the Cau Ferrat Museum, the home of Santiago Rusiñol, one of the leaders of the modernist movement in the Catalonia region. When he started to exhibit his paintings here in Sitges, he also took on the biggest role in the town becoming so well-known. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Any price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed, while remaining faithful to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa issuance. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with passports from other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**It is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or change can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee on some airlines.
