We meet at Istanbul Airport departure terminal three hours before the flight (1 calendar day before the departure flight date).
Following baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, our Bangkok flight begins with a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. We spend our night on the plane. In our tour, you will see the open market established inside single-paddled canoes on the river and have the opportunity to shop. We visit the floating market until it closes at noon. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste the most famous tropical fruits of Thailand that your guide will get. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are finalized.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This condition also applies to potential changes in flight schedules.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received at hotels in the visited countries are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and may vary depending on the country.
**Guests who join the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the visited country, the baggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not issuing a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times stated in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes caused by the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
**In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
