We meet at Istanbul Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our Dubai flight begins with Emirates Airlines scheduled flight.
Upon our arrival in Dubai, our Bali flight begins after the transfer to be made with the Emirates Airlines scheduled flight. We spend our night on the plane. Following our arrival in Bali, Indonesia's most visited island famous for its beaches, we move to our private bus waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Bali.
After breakfast at the hotel, departure with our guests for our Ubud Tegalalang & Kintamani Batur Volcano & Tegenungan Waterfall Tour with Lunch. On our full-day excursion, we will closely get to know Bali's impressive culture, handicraft art, photogenic rice terraces, traditional villages, and Batur Volcano and lake with their extraordinary scenery. Afterwards, Celuk & Mas Village, known for its gold, silver, and wood carving art, awaits us. Here we will watch artists carving intricate designs into wooden blocks. Then we set off towards the unique beauty of the Tegalalang rice terraces, one of the first places that comes to mind when Bali is mentioned. We do not forget to take plenty of photos here. Our next stop to have our lunch is the cool mountains of Kintamani. First, we watch Mount Batur from its peak towards Lake Batur descending by the valley below with its black lava strips on it, and then we enjoy our lunch in our restaurant with a beautiful scenery. After lunch, we first visit the coffee plantations of the Kintamani region, and then the Tegenungan waterfall, which is the lifeline of Ubud, is among the places we will visit. After breakfast at the hotel, departure with our guests for the Bedugul & Taman Ayun & Ulundanu Temple Tour with Lunch. We start our day by first visiting Taman Ayun, known as the Royal Temple. Taman Ayun means beautiful garden. The region was also placed under protection by UNESCO in 2012 and is considered a World Heritage Site. After Taman Ayun, our journey continues towards Bedugul located in the highlands of Bali. Bedugul is a part of Bali but completely different from its counterparts in every sense. Known as the coldest place in Bali, Bedugul has a completely different climate from other places on the island. After having our lunch in a local restaurant amidst the lush green forests surrounding Bedugul, Lake Bratan and the Ulundanu Beratan temple on the lake, which is the symbol of Bali and has been the subject of generic photos, are among the places to be seen. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Bali and free time to rest.
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Mengiat Beach located in the Nusa Dua region. You can swim in its white sandy beach formed by ocean corals and clear azure sea, get a foot massage while lying on the sun lounger, and enjoy the sea, sand, and sun while sipping your fresh coconut drink. After our beach tour, we depart for Jimbaran Beach Seafood Restaurant to have our dinner. While watching the sunset on the beach, we enjoy our seafood platter. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Ubud and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, departure with our guests for our Tanah Lot Temples & Monkey Forest Tour with Lunch. First, we stop by Goa Gajah, known as the Elephant Cave dating back to the 11th Century, and here we also visit the Sacred Water spring believed to have healing powers. Our trip continues with the Ubud village art market, which is the artistic heart of Bali. After seeing the Royal Temple in the town of Kapal, the monkey forest where approximately 300 monkeys live, which is believed to contain 3 temples and be the protector of the temples, and the Tanah Lot Temples built on a rock over the ocean, we move to the world-famous Monkey Forest. Lunch will be served as Indonesian cuisine in a local restaurant. At the end of our tour, you will have the opportunity to watch Bali's magnificent sunset. After our tour, transfer to our hotel in Ubud and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the rooms and free time until the transfer time to be notified by your guide. Then we carry out our transfer to the airport. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may arise will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of the museum and archaeological site. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and shows variations according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, will not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In most flights originating from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost for ticket cancellations or changes arising from erroneous information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and change cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
