After our passport and baggage procedures, we will start our panoramic Milan city tour with our vehicle from the airport. We depart from our hotel for an unforgettable full-day Christmas Shopping Tour during the most magical period of the year. Accompanied by sparkling decorations, pine scent, and New Year melodies, after a comfortable journey of approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, we reach Serravalle Designer Outlet, one of Europe's most popular shopping destinations. More than 180 world-famous brands await us in this charming outlet that turns into a fairy-tale village during Christmas. Luxury giants such as Balenciaga, Burberry, Celine, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Givenchy, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Prada maximize the shopping pleasure with Christmas-special discounts and attractive prices. Throughout a full 5 hours of free time, we will be able to choose the most stylish gifts of the year for ourselves and our loved ones, discover limited collection pieces, and catch opportunities that will make us say "I'm glad I bought it". We will be able to stroll among the Christmas stalls amidst the scents of mulled wine and crown our shopping break with Italian delicacies. After breakfast at our hotel, we complete our check-out procedures and depart for Turin. On our panoramic Turin city tour, we start from Piazza Castello. This square, which houses magnificent structures such as Palazzo Reale (Royal Palace) and Palazzo Madama around it, gives free time for Christmas shopping and lunch after witnessing the magnificence of the House of Savoy. Meeting at the time to be announced by our guide, we set off towards Lyon. Following our arrival, we perform our panoramic Lyon city tour. **Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be notified by our guide before the tour once the numbers are finalized.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This rule also applies to potential changes in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are subject to availability. If available, 3-person room reservations are made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts apply when sharing a room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The contents of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. Breakfasts served at hotels in visited countries are not traditional Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and may vary depending on the country.
**Guests who join the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country visited. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for plane ticket cancellations or modifications resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face being denied entry by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility rests with the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with multiple alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours marked as promotional, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures depending on the airline's availability (please check the airline where your membership is) after their tickets are issued. Please check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradeable class. Mile guarantees are not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times stated in programs are times notified by airlines. Flight times for tours organized with charter flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
