ISTANBUL – DUBAI

We meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, and after ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, our Dubai flight with Emirates Airlines begins. We welcome the new day on the plane.

DUBAI – BALI - UBUD

We arrive in Dubai in the early hours of the new day. After a short wait, we take our seats for our Bali Denpasar flight and begin our flight. After a flight of approximately 9 hours, we reach Bali. We transfer to Ubud with our local guide and private vehicle waiting for us. After our hotel check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms. Afterwards, we will have free time. Overnight at our hotel.

UBUD

After breakfast, we join the Kintamani (Volcano Tour - with Lunch) tour. On this tour, we first go to the Tegalalang rice terraces. Here you can walk among the rice fields and swing on the long swings, one of Bali's most famous activities. Then we go to Kintamani to see the unique beauty of Mount Batur and have our lunch accompanied by the view of the crater lake. After lunch, we go to a local coffee producer to taste the famous local Luwak Coffee and various types of tea and coffee. After enjoying our coffees, we visit the Tirta Empul temple, also known as the Holy Water Temple. Then we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

UBUD

After breakfast, we join the Nusa Penida Island Tour with lunch. Nusa Penida island, which we will reach by ferries in the Sanur region, holds the title of the most photographed island with its untouched nature, steep cliffs, and turquoise sea. After our visits to Kelingking Beach, which resembles a T-Rex silhouette, Broken Beach, and Angels Billabong on the island, we have our lunch and then move on to Crystal Bay. We end our day with a visit to Crystal Bay, where we can find the opportunity for a short swim and snorkeling, and return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

BALI - DUBAI

After breakfast, you will have free time. You can get information from our guide to get information about daily activities or to participate in activities. We transfer to the airport on the date determined by our guide. Following our arrival at the airport, we carry out our check-in procedures. We depart for Istanbul with the Emirates Airlines scheduled flight.

DUBAI – ISTANBUL

After ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, our return flight via Dubai with Emirates Airlines begins. Upon arrival in Dubai and after a short wait, we take our seats for our Istanbul flight and begin our flight. After a flight of approximately 5 hours, our tour ends with our arrival at Istanbul Airport.

  • TRAVEL ASSURANCE PACKAGE (Provides payment up to the tour price for guests who encounter visa rejection or are unable to participate in the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 25% for visa rejection and 15% for health reasons. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. In addition, it includes many additional coverages from lost or damaged luggage to personal accident coverage.) In cancellation coverage, the tour price is limited to 3000 Euros per person.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS : 

** Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and if not confirmed by the hotels, the room type must be changed. In this case, the resulting Sgl difference is requested from our guests. In triple rooms, the 3rd beds are extra beds or sofa beds and are smaller than standard beds. In hotels, triple rooms are usually 1 DBL + 1 SGL. 3 separate beds are only subject to hotel availability. 3-bed guarantee is not provided.
** Our program is a group program, and group reservations are made at hotels. The content of group continental breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are served in a separate hall in some countries' hotels.
** Child discounts are valid if they stay in the same room with 2 adults.
** In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. On domestic flights in the countries visited, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
** Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour. The visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests with other country passports should check their visa situations from the consulates and/or our Prontotour visa department.
** Extra tours are valid with a minimum participation of 20 people. For participations under 20 people, the differences that will occur due to costs are reflected in the sales price. The price difference is informed by our guide before the tour. The days of extra tours may be changed due to the closure of museums and ruins, or due to extraordinary circumstances or weather conditions that may occur in the region visited.
** In hotels, check-in time is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
** The times of domestic flights included in our tours may change. Final time and airline information must be confirmed 48 hours before the tour. The content of the program may be changed according to the connecting flight times.
** Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours, depending on the content of our tours.
** Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police.
** Panoramic city tours do not include museum and ruin entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
** To use your mobile phones abroad, check with your carrier whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
** For our guests who join the group without flights, if they join the group with another flight, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility.
** During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The no-show fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information is reflected to the guests.
** Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only perform upgrade procedures if there is availability on the Turkish Airlines flight after their tickets are issued. However, the flight seats in our programs are group seats and individual tickets cannot be issued. Group tickets are issued a few days before the tour departure.
** The flight times mentioned above are taken from THY and other local carriers. Our agency cannot be held responsible for any changes to flight times, flight cancellations, delays arising from technical malfunctions of the aircraft, or disruptions or problems that may arise from the passenger missing domestic or international connecting flights.
** Other local carrier(s) may be flown instead of the airlines to be flown on inter-country and domestic routes specified in the program. Therefore, transfer points may increase and times may vary. In this case, Prontotour cannot be held responsible.
** Prontotour may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without compromising the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.

This tour requires a visa. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return. The visa document list is emailed after booking.

Cancellation and refund terms vary by tour operator and are provided in writing before booking.
