GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, remaining faithful to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and archaeological sites. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are usually served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and shows variations depending on the country.
**Our guests who are included in the tour without a flight may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights with the group, and they may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, luggage weight on flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not under Prontotour's responsibility.
**Visa situations in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding other country passports can check their visa situations from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center can be used.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and change cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
**In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
