Meeting with you, our valued guests, at Istanbul Airport Departure Terminal for international departures at the time to be notified by our guide. After our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Rovaniemi with the Turkish Airlines flight. After our arrival in Rovaniemi, we depart for Santa Claus Village with our private vehicle. In Santa Claus Village, which has been in the top 10 on the must-visit list of travel lovers since 2008, you will have the chance to meet Santa Claus, take a picture with him, and send a postcard to your loved ones from Santa Claus's post office. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to make your loved ones happy with very special and different gifts during your free time in quite wide and varied stores for shopping. We will pick up our thermal clothing on the way. (Overall, boots, gloves, woolen socks). Accommodation at our hotel in Tornio. Afterwards, we will realize our Northern Lights Hunt tour. After the breakfast we will have in the morning, we give free time. Guests who wish can join our Reindeer Farm & Husky Safari tour with lunch, which will be organized as an optional tour by our guide. Our tour starts with our transfer to the Reindeer farm. On this tour, we experience a short Reindeer sleigh ride at the Reindeer farm and receive a “Reindeer Driving Certificate”, and then we will spend pleasant moments inside a traditional Lapland tent around a burning fire. Continuing our tour, we transfer to the Husky farm, spend time with the cute animals of the cold season, learn how to steer the Husky dogs in our own team, and enjoy driving Husky sleighs for 3 km. We complete our lunch at the restaurant where we will have it and move to our hotel. Accommodation at our Tornio hotel.
Reindeer & Husky Safari Tour (With Lunch): Adult: 325 €/per person / 4-12 Child: 245 €/per person.
After the breakfast we will have in the morning, we give free time. Guests who wish can set off for the Snowmobile Tour 1 Hour (1 vehicle/2 people) & Snow Experience Adult: 225 € / per person, Child (04-12 Years): 135 € / per person, which will be organized as an optional tour by our guide. On our snow safari tour, we will experience a 1-hour driving experience on snowmobiles specific to Lapland. First, we will listen to our instructor's instructions. Then, after a half-hour driving experience, we will give a photo break at the end of the track. Afterwards, we will end our experience with a half-hour return track. After the driving experience, we will visit Snowexperience 365, which we come across in fairy tales, containing ice sculptures, a slide made of ice, and an ice restaurant. If you wish, you can experience sitting at ice tables and taking photos. Accommodation at our Tornio hotel.
Note: (Children (up to 12 years old) will carry out this tour on a sled to be pulled by the attendant with a snowmobile on the snowmobile tour)
After the breakfast we will have at our hotel, we transfer to the airport. We will make a short trip in Rovaniemi and have free time for last-minute shopping. Then we transfer to the airport. We fly to Istanbul with the Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival at Istanbul Airport and end of our tour. See you on our next tour.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur are notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of the museum and site. This situation is also valid against changes that may occur in flight hours.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be taken at the hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies from country to country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also not be able to join the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, for flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this baggage allowance can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number passing on the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of air ticket cancellations or changes that will occur due to erroneous information is reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa procurement. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being taken into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellation and change cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade air tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times stated in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
**In accordance with the decision taken by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, liquid restrictions have started on all flights.
