ISTANBUL - LONDON

It is recommended to be at Istanbul Airport Departure Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. Following baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, departure for London on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Following our local time arrival, on our panoramic city tour to be made with our private vehicle waiting at the area; Knights Bridge, Hyde Park, Natural History Museum, River Thames, Buckingham Palace, Palace of Westminster, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Admiral Nelson Monument, National Gallery, and Picadilly Circus are among the places to see. Then transfer to the hotel and check-in to the rooms. Overnight at our hotel.

LONDON (OXFORD & WINDSOR & BICESTER OUTLET TOUR)

Free time after morning breakfast at the hotel. Our guests who wish can participate in the Oxford & Windsor & Bicester Outlet Tour or the half-day Oxford Tour to be organized as an extra (it will be announced by our guide whether a full-day or half-day tour can be made depending on the number of participants). Return to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.
 
OXFORD & WINDSOR & BICESTER OUTLET TOUR 100 POUND (02-12 YEARS 75 POUND): We go to the city of Oxford, which hosts the world's most prestigious universities and where you will feel like you are on the Harry Potter movie set, and by wandering among medieval buildings, we have the opportunity to see Trinity College Building, Sheldonian Theater, Bodleian Library, Redcliff Camera, and Oxford's oldest pub, The Bear. Afterwards, we depart for Bicester, where you can find outlet products of famous brands. Finally, we complete our tour by visiting Windsor. Important Note: Castle entrance and tour are not included in the tour.

LONDON EYE & MADAME TUSSAUDS & THAMES RIVER TOUR 130 POUND (02-12 YEARS 100 POUND): We find the opportunity to watch the unique view of London by riding the Ferris wheel, which is a giant observation wheel on the banks of the River Thames, and visiting the Madame Tussauds Museum, which houses the wax statues of many celebrities. Afterwards, we get the chance to see historical London with a tour to be made by boat on the River Thames.

LONDON - ISTANBUL

Vacating the rooms by 10:00 at the latest after morning breakfast and free time. Departure for the airport at the time to be specified by our guide. Following baggage, ticket, and passport procedures at the airport, departure for Istanbul at local time on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at local time and end of our trip.

  • UK visa fee and service charge is 300 EURO for Istanbul, 485 EURO for Bursa, and 330 EURO for Ankara. The service charge is a total of 465 EURO for Izmir, Antalya, Gaziantep, and Adana. (Please request the required documents for the visa.) The UK consulate has started the process of scanning visa documents. Scanning will take place at the application centers. The (50 EURO) payment will be made at the application center. Guests coming to the application must bring cash with them.
  • For guests who request the e-visa application process to be carried out by us, a 40 Euro APP service fee payment will be made in cash at the application center in exchange for the service of installing and activating the e-visa application on the phone.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
  • Hotel rooms in the UK are smaller compared to hotel room standards in Turkey.
  • Electrical sockets are different in the UK.
  • Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, the price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
  • Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and ruins. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
  • Panoramic city tours do not include museum and site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
  • In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
  • Triple rooms (for 3 people) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
  • Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
  • Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
  • Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies by country.
  • Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
  • Luggage weight is generally 20 Kg. on flights departing from Turkey. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
  • During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
  • Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
  • Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests with another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
  • Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
  • To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
  • Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
  • Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
  • The location of our hotels and the content of the service provided in our tours with the promotion phrase may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
  • Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
  • Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
  • Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
  • Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.

This tour requires a visa. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after return. The visa document list is emailed after booking.
