After touring this beautiful city, we go to Ghent, another city where time has stopped. Having a 1400-year history, Ghent was established where the Schelde and Lys rivers meet, and is positioned as one of the largest and wealthiest cities of the Middle Ages. After our tour that we will make in this city famous for its historical monuments from the Middle Ages and its university, transfer to our hotel and free time. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closing status of museums and sightseeing places. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and sightseeing place entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discounts are valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight in these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of plane ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests having another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**In special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option can be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times stated in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may prolong in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
