Meeting 3 hours before the flight at the SunExpress Airlines counter in front of the international departures terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. After luggage, ticket and passport procedures, departure to Basel at 12:10 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 912. After arrival in Basel at 13:25 local time, our city tour of Basel begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Basel, the third most populous city in Switzerland after Zurich and Geneva, is a magnificent city that contains both modern and historical textures, and although its surface area is small, it possesses many treasures within. During the city tour we will perform in this city, Basel Cathedral, where the tomb of the famous Renaissance writer Dutch Erasmus is located, the city's main square Marktplatz, the Government Building and Hotel Les Trois Roi are among the places to be seen. After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish to do so can participate in the extra tour of Fairytale Villages of Magnificent Alsace (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr) which will be organized. (110 Euro) We will want to take photos at every opportunity from start to finish in our tour, and the first place we will visit is Eguisheim. Eguisheim, which received the title of 'Favorite French Village' in 2013, is a village where history and nature dance. The colorful houses reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region form the postcard view of Eguisheim. After our tour, we move to Colmar, famous for its historical buildings from the Middle Ages, Gothic-style churches, and colorful houses. While wandering in the well-preserved streets of Colmar, St. Martin Cathedral, built entirely of pink stones, Little Venice, which reminds one of the city of Venice in Italy with its small canals, Maison Pfister, one of the oldest houses in Colmar, and Maison des Tetes, a Renaissance building decorated with faces, are among the places to be seen. Our third stop in our tour is Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg, as a Middle Ages town in France, is an enchanting part of the Alsace region. It is famous for its colorful houses, narrow streets and historical texture. Especially the Château de Kaysersberg castle from the 13th century is one of the most prominent symbols of the town. The Sainte-Croix Church located in the center of the city attracts attention with its Gothic architecture. After our tour, we move to our final stop, Riquewihr, one of the most enchanting cities of Alsace, where many half-timbered houses that give the city its charm are located. This historical village fascinates its visitors with its old houses decorated with colorful flowers, narrow streets and Medieval texture surrounded by walls. In the tour we will perform, we will also see the ruins of Riquewihr Castle and feel the Middle Ages atmosphere by walking along the old walls of the village. After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish to do so can participate in the extra tour of Magnificent German Duo (Heidelberg & Baden Baden & Outlet Center) which will be organized. (110 Euro) Our first stop in our tour is the departure to Heidelberg. The streets, squares, and structures of this city will make you feel the Middle Ages in every corner and take you on a journey through time. Heidelberg, a calm, elegant and decent city, will greet you with the harmony of architecture and colors. In the city tour we will perform here, Hauptstrasse, Marktplatz Square, Old Bridge, and Heidelberg Castle are among the places to be seen. After our tour, our second stop is Baden Baden, an oxygen depot integrated with nature, a center of culture and art, with countless opportunities such as thermal baths and even Europe's most famous casino. After visiting Baden Baden, a unique international travel route that inspired many famous writers and composers, our final stop is free time at the outlet center where many famous brands are gathered. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish to do so can participate in the extra tour of Magnificent Schaffhausen Rhine Falls and Swiss Cities (Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne) which will be organized. (130 Euro) Our first stop in our tour, the natural wonder Rhine Falls, holds the title of Europe's largest waterfall with its 150 meters width and 23 meters height. This place, embraced by the powerful arms of the Rhine river, is a paradise where you will find peace while watching the dance of the deep blue waters. After the enchanting walk we will perform with the power of the water and impressive scenery, our second stop is Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland, which hosts millions of visitors every year with its historical center, eye-catching Gothic-style churches and historical buildings. After seeing the Grossmünster and Fraumünster Churches and St. Peterskirche Church, which is Europe's largest clock tower, we tour the Bahnhofstrasse, which is considered the shopping center of the city. After our tour, we go to Lucerne, a historical city located in the central part of Switzerland, at the foot of the Alps. In this enchanting city, after seeing the Lion Monument, built in memory of 800 Swiss soldiers who died while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge and the magnificent view of Lake Lucerne, we end our tour and transfer to our hotel. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are realized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after numbers are obtained.
**Our guide, staying within the content of our tours, may make changes to the days of city tours and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the status of museums and archaeological sites being closed.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrance fees and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided based on availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is in the same room with 2 adults.
**In hotels, check-in time is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts taken in hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissants, and varies by country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, will not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers, and there may be a situation where they cannot participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be reported to Prontotour in advance.
**For most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg for these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not provide any visa guarantee. It is not the responsibility of Prontotour if the consulate does not grant a visa or rejects it.
**Visa statuses in our programs are provided based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they belong to.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may encounter a situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
**Some of our programs are presented based on several alternative hotels. Our programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform the upgrade process after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline where your membership is). Please check whether the group tickets of the program are of an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours before. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, oversales, service disruptions, etc., resulting from the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may extend in cases such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works and conditions.
**In some airlines, food-drink and online check-in services may be subject to an extra fee.
