GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide prior to the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and historical site are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies depending on the country.
**Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under Prontotour's responsibility.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or refusal is not Prontotour's responsibility.
**Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa conditions from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion badge, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellations or changes can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can carry out upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
