Cruise to Mannheim. In this port, we visit the famous Heidelberg castle and the city. We recommend you not to miss this beautiful city where Elvis Presley and our famous theater actor Haldun Dormen once lived. During the Christmas period, colorful Heidelberg becomes even more colorful and illuminates the winter darkness with its colors (Extra Tour).
Speyer was an important trade center during the Roman period and the Middle Ages. Today, this small city is also an important industrial center.
After our lunch, we depart from Speyer and cruise to Mainz. Located on the banks of the Rhine River, Mainz is the capital of the Rhineland-Palatinate state and the largest city in the state. Mainz, one of the leading entertainment and cultural centers of the Federal Republic of Germany, is one of the few strongholds of the Carnival.
In the morning, we depart from Mainz and arrive in Rudesheim.
Arrival in Rudesheim. A walking tour and a visit to the Music Museum will be held in Rudesheim, the center of the wine region.
Bonn, the former capital of Federal Germany, is located on both banks of the Rhine river. This medium-sized German city offers all kinds of options to its visitors. Works of art in its squares, museums, and the Beethoven House (Beethoven-Haus) are waiting for their visitors. The markets set up during the Christmas period add a special atmosphere to the city of Bonn.
Before arriving in Cologne, we have lunch on the ship. We will have free time with a beautiful walking tour up to the Cathedral. Cologne's Gothic-style Cathedral is world-famous. Cologne is the most important center of transportation, culture, science, art, trade, and entertainment in the state. It is also the intersection point of the rail and air transport network. The Rhine River passes right through the middle of the city. During the Christmas and New Year period, you will enjoy visiting the colorful and bright markets in the city.
