- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt without a visa. However, in this context, you must land only at Sharm el-Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding Regular (Burgundy) Passports who will participate in the Cairo tour are required to obtain a visa on arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Assurance Package: Ensures payments up to the tour price for guests who encounter visa rejection or are unable to participate in the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 20%. Guarantee details are included in the insurance policy. In addition, it includes many additional guarantees ranging from baggage loss and damage to personal accident guarantee. The cancellation guarantee is limited to 3000 Euro per person for the tour price.) NOTE: Travel Assurance Package price varies depending on the price of the tour you join.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes may occur in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
• Our hotels may vary as "and similar" due to operational reasons, adhering to the committed star and category standards.
• Depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed, our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (triple room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to availability. If available, a triple room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts are valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries) and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received in hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights with the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also experience the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this baggage allowance can drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost for ticket cancellations or changes arising from erroneous information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or refusal is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling for less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• In our tours with the promo description, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in programs are times notified by airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour can in no way be held responsible for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
• Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
