We take a photo break at Plaza de España, famous for its Cervantes and Don Quixote statues, get to know the magnificent Royal Palace from the outside, and take a walk in Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol squares, which are considered the heart of the city. We walk on Gran Vía to feel the architecture and lively atmosphere of the city, stop in front of Cibeles Square and its famous fountain, and take a pleasant walk in Retiro Park. In this tour where we will discover Segovia and Ávila, two UNESCO World Heritage cities near Madrid, we set out on a historical and cultural journey. In Segovia, the Roman-era aqueduct, the Gothic cathedral, and the Alcázar Castle, which inspired fairy tales, are among the places to be seen during our panoramic and walking tour. Then, we move to Ávila, famous for its walls that still preserve the medieval atmosphere, and take a pleasant walk in this ancient city known as the city of Saint Teresa. In the last part of our tour, we give free time at Las Rozas Village Outlet, one of Madrid's most popular shopping centers. We set off towards the north of Madrid to discover the El Escorial Monastery, one of the most important structures in Spanish history. This magnificent structure, built by King Philip II in the 16th century, is an impressive complex housing a palace, monastery, library, and royal tombs. Accompanied by our guide, we get information about the architecture of the structure and Spanish royal history. Then, we see the Valley of the Fallen (Valle de los Caídos) region, which is one of the symbolic structures of the Franco era and is located at the foothills of the Sierra de Guadarrama mountains, panoramically.

GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may arise if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and ruins being closed, while adhering to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and ruins and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**The baggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa issuance. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests who have passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months of validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not provided for every flight in our programs.
**The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
