We recommend that you be ready at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal at least three hours before your flight. After ticket, passport, and customs procedures, departure for Vienna with Pegasus Airlines' flight no. PC905. Upon our arrival in Vienna, our panoramic Vienna city tour takes place with our vehicle waiting for us. We take our first look at the city by panoramically seeing important points such as the Ring Street, Opera House, Parliament, City Hall, and Art History Museum. Guests who wish can join the Extraordinary Vienna Tour (50 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide. On this tour, we will tour the magnificent gardens of the UNESCO World Heritage Schöbrunn Palace and see the Hundertwasserhaus, famous for its colorful and original architecture. Then, we will discover Vienna step by step with a pleasant walking tour in the historic center; on our walking tour, we will see the Hofburg Palace, Graben, and Stephansdom areas. Free time in the city center after the walk. Transfer to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

VIENNA (BRATISLAVA)

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the Bratislava & Designer Outlet Parndorf Tour (60 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide. Just 1 hour away from Vienna, Bratislava is the capital of Slovakia and the only capital in Europe bordering two countries. On the city tour, the banks of the Danube River, UFO Bridge, Bratislava Castle, St. Martin's Cathedral, Grassalkovich Palace, Slovak National Theatre, Pálffy Palace where the 6-year-old Mozart gave a concert, narrow old town streets, and entertaining modern sculptures will be seen. Afterwards, we will find shopping opportunities with discounts up to 30-70% throughout the year on world-famous brands at the nearby Designer Outlet Parndorf. Return to Vienna and free time at the end of the tour. In the evening, guests who wish can join the Classical Music Concert Tour (60 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide (special clothing requirement is not mandatory). Overnight at our hotel.

VIENNA (HALLSTATT)

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the Hallstatt Tour (110 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide. Hallstatt, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list, is a unique town established by a deep blue lake at the foot of the Alps. Free time will be given after a short introductory walk along the lake. During this time, you can enjoy the view by the lake, go for a walk in the narrow streets, or shop for local souvenirs at Market Square. Return to Vienna and transfer to the hotel at the end of the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

VIENNA - S.GÖKÇEN

Free time until the transfer time to be determined by our guide after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish can join the Peak of Vienna Tour (40 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide. On our tour, we first go up to Kahlenberg Hill, one of the most beautiful panoramic points of the city. From here, the Danube River, UNO City, Prater, and the entire Vienna silhouette can be watched from a bird's eye view. We take a photo and coffee break on this hill, which is known for its strategic importance in the 1683 Second Siege of Vienna. Then, a pleasant trip will be made in the gardens of Belvedere Palace, the masterpiece of Baroque architecture. Free time in the city center according to flight time. Transfer to Vienna Airport at the time to be determined by our guide. Departure to Sabiha Gökçen Airport with Pegasus Airlines' flight no. PC904 after ticket, baggage, and passport procedures. End of our tour after our arrival in Istanbul.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closing status of museums and historical sites. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in the hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
Our guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, their transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In general, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance for these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
It is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad.
Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with a promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour can in no way be held responsible for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
