ISTANBUL - VIENNA

We recommend that you be ready at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at least 3 hours before your flight. Following ticket, passport, and customs procedures, departure for Vienna with Turkish Airlines flight no. TK1883. Upon our arrival in Vienna, our panoramic Vienna city tour takes place with our vehicle waiting for us. We take our first look at the city by panoramically seeing important points such as the Opera House, Parliament, City Hall, and the Museum of Art History along the Ringstrasse. Guests who wish can join the Extraordinary Vienna Tour (50 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide. On this tour, we will visit the magnificent gardens of the UNESCO World Heritage Schönbrunn Palace and see the Hundertwasserhaus, famous for its colorful and original architecture. Then, we will discover Vienna step by step with a pleasant walking tour in the historic center; on our walking tour, we will see the Hofburg Palace, Graben, and Stephansdom areas. VIENNA (BRATISLAVA)

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the Bratislava & Designer Outlet Parndorf Tour (60 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide. Bratislava, just 1 hour away from Vienna, is the capital of Slovakia and the only capital in Europe bordering two countries. During the city tour, the banks of the Danube River, UFO Bridge, Bratislava Castle, St. Martin's Cathedral, Grassalkovich Palace, Slovak National Theatre, Pálffy Palace where a 6-year-old Mozart gave a concert, narrow old town streets, and fun modern sculptures will be seen. Afterwards, we will find shopping opportunities with 30-70% discounts all year round on world-famous brands at Designer Outlet Parndorf nearby. Return to Vienna and free time at the end of the tour. In the evening, guests who wish can join the Classical Music Concert Tour (60 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide (special attire requirement does not apply). Overnight at our hotel.

VIENNA (HALLSTATT)

After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can join the Hallstatt Tour (110 Euros) to be organized optionally by our guide. Hallstatt, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a unique town established on the edge of a deep blue lake at the foot of the Alps. Free time will be given after a short introductory walk along the lake. During this time, you can enjoy the scenery by the lake, take a stroll in the narrow streets, or shop for local souvenirs at Market Square. Return to Vienna and transfer to the hotel at the end of the tour. Overnight at our hotel.

VIENNA - ISTANBUL

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Optional tours are operated with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are reached.
Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of museums and historical sites. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.

Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
Our guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also experience a situation where they cannot participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
On most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage allowance is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or giving a rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility.
Visa conditions in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being allowed into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
In our tours with a promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
