- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt visa-free. However, in this context, it is required to land at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Our guests holding a Regular (Burgundy) Passport who will participate in the Cairo tour must obtain a visa on arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Assurance Package: Provides payment up to the tour cost for guests who face visa rejection or are unable to participate in the tour due to illness. Additionally, it includes many extra coverages from lost or damaged luggage to personal accident coverage. In cancellation coverage, the tour cost is limited to 3000 Euros per person.) GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are finalized.
Our hotels may change to "and similar" for operational reasons, adhering to the promised star and category standards.
Our guide may change the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants, the closure of museums and archaeological sites, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers or participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Our guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Our guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.

Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
