Airport Meeting Istanbul-Sharm el Sheikh

We recommend that you be at the airport 3 hours before the flight. After the necessary procedures, we depart for Sharm, the Pearl of the Red Sea, with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC 630 at 11:40. After a flight of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, arrival in Sharm at 13:15 local time. Meeting with our airport representative, after the necessary procedures, transfer to your hotel. Meeting with your guide and briefing meeting. (Meeting time can be changed provided that our guide notifies in advance) After the panoramic city tour, your day is at leisure. After our check-in procedures, settlement in the rooms and overnight stay at our hotel. Guests who wish can join the tours to be organized optionally.

- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt visa-free. However, in this context, it is required to land only at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding Normal (Burgundy) Passports who will join the Cairo tour are required to obtain a visa on arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Assurance Package: Provides payment equal to the tour price for guests facing visa refusal or who cannot join the tour due to health issues. GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Optional tours are operated with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our hotels may vary as ‘’or similar’’ due to operational reasons, adhering to the promised star and category standards.
Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closing status of museums and historical sites. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid when staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights with the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also not be able to join the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
Luggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for plane ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.

Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling for less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
In order to use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.

Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are of upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may get longer in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
