- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt without a visa. However, within this scope, it is required to land only at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding Normal (Burgundy) Passports who will join the Cairo tour are required to obtain a visa on arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Assurance Package: It ensures that guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to health issues are paid up to the tour amount. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 20%. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. In addition, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss and damage to personal accident coverage. The tour amount is limited to 3000 Euros per person for cancellation coverage.) NOTE: The price of the Travel Assurance Package varies according to the price of the tour you participate in.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours are operated with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to changes. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour, after the numbers are obtained.
• Our hotels may vary as “or similar” due to operational reasons, sticking to the promised star and category standards.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of museums and historical sites. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received in hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without a flight may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may also not be able to join the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this domestic flight luggage weight may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given based on the Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether every flight in our programs has mile guarantees.
• Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
