- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt without a visa. However, in this context, you must land only at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding a Normal (Burgundy) Passport who will join the Cairo tour are required to obtain a visa on arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Protection Package: Provides a refund up to the tour cost for guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 20%. Details of the coverage are included in the insurance policy. Additionally, it covers many extra coverages from baggage loss, damage to personal accident insurance. In cancellation coverage, the tour cost is limited to 3000 Euros per person.) NOTE: The price of the Travel Protection Package varies depending on the cost of the tour you join.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our hotels may change as "or similar" due to operational reasons, adhering to the committed star and category standards.
• Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, staying true to the content of our tours, according to the number of participants, and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discounts are valid when accommodation is shared in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfasts in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• Luggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under Prontotour's responsibility.
• The name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from erroneous information is reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's failure to grant a visa or refusal is not Prontotour's responsibility.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end of the travel date. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being accepted into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are presented based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• In our tours with the promo label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellations and changes can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes originating from the airline, overbooking, service disruptions, etc.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
