- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt without a visa. However, in this context, it is required to land only at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding Regular (Burgundy) Passports who will join the Cairo tour must obtain a visa on arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Protection Package: Provides payment up to the tour amount for guests facing visa rejection or unable to join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 20%. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. Additionally, it includes many extra coverages from baggage loss and damage to personal accident coverage. The cancellation coverage is limited to 3000 Euros per person for the tour cost.) GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours operate with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may arise will be informed by our guide before the tour once numbers are reached.
• Depending on operational reasons, our hotels may vary as “and similar” while strictly adhering to the promised star and category standards.
• Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether the museum and archaeological sites are closed. This condition also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3 persons) are subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount applies if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts.  The breakfast content to be received at hotels in the visited countries is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall.  Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• The baggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa conditions in our programs are provided based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding other country passports can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being allowed into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• The location and service content of our hotels in tours with the mention of promotion may differ according to our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests wishing to upgrade flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are times reported by airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may prolong in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to extra charges.
