Airport Meeting Istanbul-Sharm el Sheikh

We recommend that you be at the airport 3 hours before the flight. After the necessary procedures, we depart for Sharm, the Pearl of the Red Sea, with Pegasus Airlines' scheduled flight PC 630 at 11:40. Arrival in Sharm at 13:15 local time after a flight of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Meeting with our airport representative, and after the necessary procedures, transfer to your hotel. Meeting with your guide and informational meeting. (The meeting time can be changed provided that our guide gives prior notice) After the panoramic city tour, your day is free. Following our check-in procedures, settlement in the rooms and overnight stay at our hotel. Guests who wish can participate in the tours to be organized optionally.

- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt without a visa. However, in this context, you must land only at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding Regular (Burgundy) Passports who will participate in the Cairo tour are required to obtain a visa on arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Guarantee Package: Ensures that guests who face visa rejection or are unable to participate in the tour due to health issues receive a payment up to the tour amount. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation claims due to travel cancellation is 20%. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. Additionally, it covers many extra coverages from baggage loss and damage to personal accident coverage. The cancellation coverage is limited to 3000 Euro per person for the tour cost.) NOTE: The price of the Travel Guarantee Package varies depending on the cost of the tour you participate in.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Optional tours are operated with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour once the numbers are reached.
Our hotels may vary as “or similar” due to operational reasons, adhering to the promised star and category standards.
Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and whether museums and historical sites are closed. This rule also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discounts are valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be received at hotels in the visited countries are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as continental breakfasts in a separate lounge. A continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, jam, and a croissant, and varies according to the country.
Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
On most flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, this baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from erroneous information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of another country can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passport holder.
To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open for international roaming before leaving Turkey.
During special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts, hotels far from the center may be used.
Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. Programs with more than one hotel option may share the same guide and transfer vehicle.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Please check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage is not guaranteed for every flight in our programs.
Flight times specified in programs are times notified by airlines. Flight times on tours organized with special flights may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour acts as an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
