Airport Meeting Istanbul-Sharm el Sheikh

We recommend that you be at the airport 3 hours before the flight. After the necessary procedures, we depart for Sharm, the Pearl of the Red Sea, at 11:40 with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC 630. After a flight of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, arrival in Sharm at 13:15 local time. Meeting with our airport representative, and after the necessary procedures, transfer to your hotel. Meeting with your guide and information meeting. (The meeting time can be changed by our guide provided that it is notified in advance) After the panoramic city tour, your day is free. After our check-in procedures, settling into the rooms and overnight stay at our hotel. Our guests who wish can participate in extra tours to be organized.

- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt visa-free. However, in this context, you must land at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding a Normal (Burgundy) Passport who wish to participate in the Cairo tour must obtain a visa on arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Assurance Package: Provides payment up to the tour cost for guests who face visa rejection or are unable to join the tour due to illness. GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES

Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be notified by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
Our hotels may change to "similar" ones due to operational reasons, while adhering to the promised star and category standards.
Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and ruins being closed, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and ruins and are intended to provide general information about the city.
In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
Check-in time at hotels is usually 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, it is their own responsibility to reach the group's hotel. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
In most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
The name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty for flight ticket cancellation or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or rejection is not under the responsibility of Prontotour.
Visa situations in our programs are based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
Passports must have a minimum of 6 months of validity based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
It is recommended that you check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey to use your mobile phones abroad.
Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
Some of our programs are offered based on several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. No cancellation or changes can be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after the tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mile guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
The flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc., caused by the airline.
The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
