- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt without a visa. However, in this context, it is necessary to land only at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding a Normal (Burgundy) Passport who will join the Cairo tour are required to obtain a visa on arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Assurance Package: It ensures that guests facing visa denial or guests who cannot join the tour due to health issues are paid up to the tour price. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation claims due to travel cancellation is 20%. Coverage details are included in the insurance specification. In addition, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss, damage to personal accident coverage. In cancellation coverage, the tour price is limited to 3000 Euro per person.) GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur are informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our hotels may vary as ‘’or similar’’ due to operational reasons, sticking to the promised star and category standards.
• Our guide can make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closed status of the museum and historical site. This situation is also valid against changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3 people) are given subject to availability. If there is availability, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts.  The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall.  Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers as well as participating in the city tour. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour’ in advance.
• In general of flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg.’dır. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight in these domestic flights can drop to 15 Kg’a. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour’.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty costs of air ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa acquisition guarantee. The consulate not giving a visa or giving a refusal is not the responsibility of Prontotour’.
• Visa conditions in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports are required to have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your mobile phones abroad before leaving Turkey, it is recommended to check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad.
• Hotels far from the center can be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered on the basis of hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option can be the same.
• In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and change cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their air tickets with their miles can perform upgrade operations depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located) after their tickets are issued. Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradeable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. Flight times in our tours organized with special flights can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
• Road distances given in programs are map-based. Journey times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
