- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt visa-free. However, within this scope, you must land only at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding Regular (Burgundy) Passports who will join the Cairo tour must obtain a visa upon arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Assurance Package: Ensures payment up to the tour amount for guests facing visa refusal or who cannot join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to trip cancellation is 20%. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. Additionally, it covers many extra coverages from baggage loss, and damage, to personal accident coverage. In cancellation coverage, the tour amount is limited to 3000 Euros per person.) NOTE: The price of the Travel Assurance Package varies depending on the price of the tour you are joining.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may arise will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are reached.
• Our hotels may change as "and similar" for operational reasons, while remaining faithful to the committed star and category standards.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closing status of the museum and historical sites. This situation also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts.  The content of breakfasts to be taken in hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall.  Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights, if they do not use the same flights as the group, may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers and may also not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number in the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty cost for ticket cancellations or changes resulting from erroneous information is reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate not issuing a visa or issuing a refusal is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with less than 6 months may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international roaming before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with multiple hotel options may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
• In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
