- You have the opportunity to travel to Egypt without a visa. However, in this context, you must only land at Sharm el Sheikh airport, return from the same airport, and not leave the South Sinai Region. Guests holding Ordinary (Burgundy) Passports who will join the Cairo tour must obtain a visa upon arrival in Egypt.

- Travel Assurance Package: Provides payment up to the tour price to guests who encounter visa rejection or guests who cannot join the tour due to health issues. (The insured participation share (deductible) to be applied in compensation applications due to travel cancellation is 20%. Coverage details are included in the insurance policy. Additionally, it includes many additional coverages from baggage loss, damage, to personal accident coverage. In cancellation coverage, the tour price is limited to 3000 Euros per person.) NOTE: The price of the Travel Assurance Package varies depending on the price of the tour you join.

GENERAL WARNINGS & NOTES
 

• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, changes in tour prices may occur. If there are not enough participants, price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
• Our hotels may vary as “or similar” due to operational reasons, remaining loyal to the promised star and category standards.
• Our guide may make changes in the days of the city tour and/or optional tours depending on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the museum and archaeological site being closed. This situation is also valid for changes that may occur in flight times.
• Panoramic city tours do not include museum and archaeological site entrances and are intended to provide general information about the city.
• In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
• Triple rooms (3 people) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
• Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
• Check-in time in hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
• Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited are not Turkish breakfasts. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate lounge. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissant, and varies according to the country.
• Guests included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights with the group, and they may also face the situation of not being able to participate in the city tour. If they use a different flight, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
• In general, the luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty cost of flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
• Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa acquisition. The consulate's refusal to grant a visa or issuing a rejection is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
• Visa statuses in our programs are given on the basis of Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding other country passports can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
• Passports are required to have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel date. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country passport police. In such cases, the responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
• To use your cell phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
• Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
• Some of our programs are offered on the basis of several alternative hotels. The guide and transfer vehicle of our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
• The location of our hotels and the content of the service provided in our tours with the promotion phrase may differ from our standard packages. Cancellation and modification by the guest cannot be made in our promotion tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
• Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can perform upgrade procedures after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mile guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
• Flight times specified in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in the position of an intermediary between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. originating from the airline.
• Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Journey times may extend in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
• Food-beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
