IMPORTANT NOTES TO KNOW
• Prices are calculated per person in a double room.
• Hotel standards in Italy may be lower than hotel standards in Turkey.
• Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
• If more than one hotel alternative is offered in the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the hotels to be accommodated in will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
• Changes may occur in hotels due to density; however, the hotel category will not change.
• TWIN beds may be provided in some hotels. During hotel accommodation, the room type change request is at the hotel's discretion.
• We kindly request you to check prices before the purchase process.
ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
Triple rooms can be provided subject to hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than the standard bed. It is usually in the form of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is deemed to be accepted by the guest.
Child discounts are valid for only one child who stays in the same room with two adults and meets the age criteria.
Breakfasts at hotels are served in continental style in accordance with the culture of the visited country and in some cases may be served in a separate hall for groups.
VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
A Schengen visa is required for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, applications must be made through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the necessary documents.
Guests with green passports must renew their passports if their issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country or may not be allowed to board the flight.
Green passport holders are exempt from visas, but passports must have a validity of at least 6 months.
Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The entry decision is at the discretion of the border police. Our company is not responsible for this situation.
Our company is not responsible for problems that may arise due to worn, wet, or damaged passports. Therefore, passports must be in proper condition.
If guests under the age of 18 will travel alone or with only one parent, a notarized consent form is required. Problems may occur at country entry and exit without this document.
Tours & Excursions
Panoramic city tours specified in the program are introductory tours conducted from inside the vehicle accompanied by a guide's narration, lasting approximately 2–3 hours. They do not cover museum and archaeological site entrances.
Tours may be cancelled or their contents changed due to reasons such as restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or adverse weather conditions. Our company is not responsible for such situations. When necessary, tours can be carried out by public transport or on foot.
OTHER MATTERS
No cancellations or changes can be made for promotional and early reservation campaigns tours.
Our company is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be delays and time changes in scheduled or private flights. These situations are deemed to be accepted in advance by the guests. Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport tax and service fee.
TOUR PARTICIPATION CONDITION
The tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation condition. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, cancellation information will be conveyed to you through your agency at least 21 days before the tour departure date.
