GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS :
**Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation below 20 people, tour prices may be subject to change. Price differences that may occur if there are not enough participants will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide can make changes on the days of the city tour and/or optional tours, remaining loyal to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants and whether the museum and historical site is closed. This situation is also valid against changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include museum and historical site entrances and are intended to give general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-bed room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are given depending on availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if accommodation is made in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00. (09:00 in some countries)
**Group reservations are made from hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken in the hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served as a continental breakfast in a separate hall. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade and croissant, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without a flight may not be able to use the airport-hotel-airport transfers and may not be able to participate in the city tour if they do not use the same flights as the group. If they use a different flight, transportation to the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**In most of the flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight is 20 Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline company and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 Kg. Excess baggage weight / price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fee for plane ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not give any visa guarantee. The consulate not granting a visa or giving a rejection is not Prontotour's responsibility.
**Visa situations in our programs are given based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding another country's passport can check their visa statuses from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the travel. Guests traveling with a period of less than 6 months may encounter the situation of not being taken into the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, responsibility belongs to the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended that you check with your gsm operator whether your phone is open to abroad before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. Programs with more than one hotel option may have the same guide and transfer vehicle.
**In our tours with the promotion phrase, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can perform upgrade procedures after their tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are from an upgradable class. Mileage guarantee is not given for every flight in our programs.
**Flight times stated in the programs are the times notified by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times can change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for situations such as delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**Road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase in situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country visited, road works and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services on some airlines may be subject to an extra fee.
