After meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, we depart for Baku with a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. After our arrival, we complete our passport and baggage procedures and take a panoramic Baku tour with our private vehicle. On this tour, we set out on a pleasant journey on the streets of Baku decorated with lights. We discover the city under the night lights, accompanied by roads passing along the Caspian Sea coast, structures that dazzle with their modern architecture, and historical textures, and we carry out an unforgettable Baku tour. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel by our vehicle. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will take a Baku city tour. Our first stop will be Icherisheher (Old City), which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is considered the heart of the city. Here, we take a journey from the past to the present, accompanied by the Maiden Tower, Palace of the Shirvanshahs, narrow streets, old caravanserais, and traditional bazaars. After a short free time in the afternoon, important structures such as the Flame Towers and the Caspian Coast Boulevard, which are symbols of modern Baku, will be seen, and photo breaks will be given. Afterward, we will visit the Heydar Aliyev Center, which has become the symbol of Baku, designed with Zaha Hadid's award-winning architecture, and is a unique combination of art, history, and culture. After getting to know the history of Azerbaijan closely at the Heydar Aliyev Museum and visiting the culture and art exhibitions, we move to the Trophy Park. We capture unique frames that bear witness to history and receive important information about the Karabakh war in the impressive open-air museum where military vehicles, weapons, and equipment captured in the Second Karabakh War are exhibited. At the end of our tour, we transfer to the hotel. Afterward, free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we depart for the Gobustan Rock Art and Mud Volcanoes tour. In this special region, approximately 60 km from the city center, we visit the Gobustan Open Air Museum, where we will see figures drawn on rocks, dance scenes, and hunting pictures from prehistoric times, accompanied by our guide. The Mud Volcanoes region, which we will reach by off-road vehicles during the continuation of the tour, is a very interesting point for nature lovers. We take a photo break at the craters formed by cold mud rising from the earth's surface. After the tour, we will return to Baku, transfer to the hotel, and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, our day will be free. Our guests who wish can shop on Nizami Street or its surroundings and take pleasant walks on the streets of Baku. In the evening, transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. We depart for Istanbul with a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight, and our tour ends upon our arrival. GENERAL NOTES AND WARNINGS FOR ALL OUR TOURS:
**Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case of participation under 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices. If there are not enough participants, any price differences that may occur will be informed by our guide before the tour after the numbers are obtained.
**Our guide may make changes to the days of the city tour and/or extra tours depending on the number of participants and the status of museums and historical sites being closed, while remaining loyal to the content of our tours. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
**Panoramic city tours do not include entrance fees to museums and historical sites and are intended to provide general information about the city.
**In triple rooms (3-person room: dbl bed + extra bed), the 3rd bed is an extra bed or sofa bed and is smaller than standard beds.
**Triple rooms (3-person) are provided subject to availability. If available, a 3-person room reservation is made. Triple rooms are smaller due to the extra bed.
**Child discount is valid if staying in the same room with 2 adults.
**Check-in time at hotels is generally 14:00 (15:00 in some countries), and check-out time is 10:00 (09:00 in some countries).
**Group reservations are made at hotels for our programs. The content of group breakfasts may differ from the content of individual breakfasts. The content of breakfasts to be taken at hotels in the countries visited is not a Turkish breakfast. Group breakfasts are generally served in a separate hall as a continental breakfast. Continental breakfast basically consists of tea or coffee, marmalade, and croissants, and varies according to the country.
**Guests who are included in the tour without flights may not be able to use airport-hotel-airport transfers if they do not use the same flights as the group, and they may not be able to participate in the city tour. If they use different flights, reaching the group's hotel is their own responsibility. This situation must be notified to Prontotour in advance.
**The baggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to be visited. If there are domestic flights in the country to be visited, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport must be entered into the system during registration. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected to the guests.
**Prontotour is an intermediary institution between our guests and the consulate and does not guarantee any visa issuance. The consulate's refusal or denial of a visa is not the responsibility of Prontotour.
**The visa status in our programs is based on Republic of Turkey passports. Guests holding passports of other countries can check their visa status from the consulates of the countries they are affiliated with.
**Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months based on the end date of the trip. Guests traveling with less than 6 months validity may face the situation of not being admitted to the country by the country's passport police. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passport holder.
**To use your mobile phones abroad, it is recommended to check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international use before leaving Turkey.
**Hotels far from the center may be used during special and busy times such as fairs, congresses, and concerts.
**Some of our programs are offered based on hotels with several alternatives. The guide and transfer vehicle for our programs with more than one hotel option may be the same.
**In our tours with the promotion label, the location of our hotels and the content of the service provided may differ from our standard packages. Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional tours. Please read the sales contract of the tour you purchased carefully.
**Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can perform upgrade transactions after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check the airline where your membership is located). Check whether the group tickets of the program are in an upgradeable class. No mileage guarantee is given for every flight in our programs.
**The flight times specified in the programs are the times reported by the airlines. In our tours organized with special flights, flight times may change up to 48 hours in advance. Prontotour is in an intermediary position between the airline and the guest. Prontotour cannot be held responsible in any way for delays, cancellations, airport and airline changes, overbooking, service disruptions, etc. caused by the airline.
**The road distances given in the programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions.
**Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.
